“The food is good. That hasn't changed since I've been coming here over the last 15+ years. The service could use some improvements, but the biggest thing that bothers me is the numerous people outside the store asking for money. They will even come knock on your window when you're in drive-thru. What's even worse is it's usually 2-3 in the lot and each one will come asking.“
“This location is in the hood but with my experience, the "hood" ones are better. The chicken was fresh and hot and crispy!!! Exactly how I like it.They had the bathroom blocked off. The manager explained that due to people destroying the restroom they are not open to the public. I understood so be sure you don't need one when you stop. Every one had great customer service. When I'm in the area I will definitely go back to this location.“
“2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“
“This is like my go-to fast food spot. I really love their boneless wings. They’ve never dissapointed when I order this. My favorite sauces are spicy ranch, spicy teriyaki, and spicy blue cheese. Instead of fries, I order their fried rice. Very feeling meal. Definitely get their boneless wings.“
“Today was a good day at the drive thru of Zaxbys. It's my go to when I need a good salad and now I can't help but order the 2 for 3 egg rolls even though I ordered the House salad grilled with honey mustard. My biggest complaint is that the salads have less volume though they have gone up. Bring back the content and have salad dressing packets without high fructose corn syrup in them. A salad should not be a fat experienced!“
“The chicken wasn't cooked as done as it should have been but was ok. I should have paid attention to what I ordered because why pay $10.00 for 2 PCs with biscuits & potatoes when you can get a 2pc and biscuit for 2.99. Potatoes were not worth $7. Employees were very friendly and knew their job.“
“Received good customer service. The ghost pepper wings and fries were fresh. Its rare to get fresh hot fries from Popeyes. Also, there was a car in the drive thru that left and never went to the window to pick up their order so the cashier got the orders confused. She apologized and had her manager to give us the correct order and price.“
“I went to this KFC and when I say they have excellent customer service I mean it the food was the best KFC I have ever had who ever the guy running the grill needs a raise I had a 12 piece and half grilled and half fried and both were good I will only go to this KFC for now “
“BEST WINGS IN THE DECATUR AREA. NO CAP.We get takeout from here religiously. My wife can no longer do American style wings (I still like it tbh) when she had these. And she's tried other Korean bbq chicken spots.Its pricey...but worth it every once in a while. Very glad this is in my area. My other go to has been CM chicken but that's all the way in Midtown or Duluth.“
