The service was prompt, and we received our order in no time. The chicken was simply incredible. The spice blend was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. The skin was crispy and golden brown, while the meat inside was juicy, fresh, and tender. It was one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had in recent memory.

Every bite was a delightful combination of the spicy, crispy skin and the juicy, tender meat. The flavor was well-rounded, and I never felt any spice overpowering the taste. The medium spice level was just right for me, not too spicy or too mild.

“I didn’t make a pilgrimage to Mecca or Medina, but I did visit the Dwarf House — the original Chick-fil-A — which may be the closest thing America has to a sacred chicken shrine.

Standing there, I honestly felt like I should have taken my shoes off before entering. This is hallowed ground: the birthplace of the chicken sandwich covenant, where Truett Cathy first revealed to the world that chicken, pickles, pressure frying, and exceptional politeness could become a global movement.

The Dwarf House is part restaurant, part museum, part Southern fast-food Vatican, and part fever dream for anyone who has ever wondered, “What if Chick-fil-A had lore?” The service was exactly what you’d expect: fast, friendly, and so aggressively polite that I briefly questioned whether I was spiritually prepared to order.

The food was excellent, the experience was memorable, and the whole place has a weirdly wholesome historical gravity to it. Five stars. I did not complete the Hajj, but I did see where the chicken covenant began.“

“Some of the very best fried chicken on the eastside! The tenders are amazing, but the bone-in chicken is to die for. Perfectly juicy with just enough edge on the breading. The real star of the show are the twice-fried fries; perfectly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your mouth smooth on the inside. The dining area is a time capsule from the 90s-00s (or perhaps your older brother's bedroom), with nu-metal blaring and pieces of nostalgia scattered everywhere. This place is perfect for an indulgent night out with your best friend/lover.“

Egg rolls - cooked perfectly and tasted great. Awesome deal to be able to add to meal for very small upcharge. 9/10

Wings - not as soft as I would like as I specified soft in the directions. Really good flavor and seasoning. Ordered 10, got 13. Very enjoyable overall. 8/10

Drink - Giant size for small upcharge. Listened perfectly to LIGHT ICE and drink was good. 10/10

“This specific zaxbys is truly the best in all Clayton county I drive further to go to this one rather than the Jonesboro one that is right around the corner from my house. Every time I come everyone has great customer service full of smiles and welcoming energy. They clearly have chic fil a standards at this location. The food has been perfect every time I have been there a handful of times in the past 2 weeks working on the rd and my on the go meal was perfect every time! I truly hope the staff is getting the appreciation they deserve! If I could name names I would but every staff member I have made contact with was great!“

“Im visiting Atlanta and was in search of delicious food that wasn't super pricey. I found it here. I got the Fannie Mae's Combo that comes with 2 pieces of fish, a side of ur choice and either their signature Kool Aid or Sweet tea for 12 dollars. I got 2 pieces of catfish and a good size portion dirty rice and the Kool-Aid, all were delicious and more than worth the 12 dollars. The catfish was cooked really well, it basically melted in my mouth. The staff was nice too. I would definitely recommend the food here!“

Raleigh, a gentleman working in the dining room was more than attentive and pleasant. I’ve been too several Chick-fil-A’s, and I must admit, I think it would be great if they all someone like Raleigh. In my opinion, nothing can replace wonderful hospitality and Mr. Raleigh has it! “This chick-fil-a is fast and reliable. Even though they go through probably double the orders of a normal chick-fil-a, they still get your food out to you in just a few minutes. If there are any errors, they are quick to fix them.

I see some comments hating on them, but all of my recent experiences have been great, and I go there at least once a week. It is a solid option between classes especially.“

“If I could do 10/5 I would. My food came soo fast and it was still hot as though I cooked it myself. I ordered ranch wings. They were so full of seasoning just right. It came with a price of Wing (10 Pieces) Catfish Combo (1 Piece). Listen they had my blue cheese, ketchup, hot sauce, tarter sauce. They even had a fork in the bag! Like they did soo good with my order I am so impressed. They didn't miss on one thing. I hope this is how they deliver food all the time. The driver delivered my food to the right location. I just had a great experience. Either I'm being greedy asf or this was the best door dash order I ever made. Touchdown great job and keep doing an awesome job w the fresh food“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
