This location used to be perfectly fine, good service for how busy they usually are. Lately though, the service has been poor. Mildly unfriendly workers that mess up fairly simply orders.There's a problem when you order a bacon/egg biscuit with no cheese, and get one with no egg, and tons of cheese. C'mon.
Cashier had the worst attitude. She barely acknowledged me and barely spoke. She entered the wrong order.(I ordered a sausage/egg biscuit and a coffee. Lol)Unprofessional/Rude/ scowled look on her face. Not very “diverse.” Lol.Luckily, a mgr came and made the correction. But it was a long wait for one biscuit and a black coffee to go.It’s a sad day when Chikfila allows these losers to bring their hateful, racist attitudes to work. This location is grossly mismanaged. I visit this Chick-Fil-A at least once a week as I live just across the street and every single time, my order is never complete or correct. It truly can’t be and shouldn’t be that hard to read a receipt and put things in a bag.
