This has got to be the worst location of them all. Slow service. The manger has only excuses. Not customer friendly. It’s a total zoo during lunch. There are only 2 order takers on the counter at all times. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a CFA.

I don’t think this CFA has gotten my order right ever, not even once. I only go there when I worry the machines have taken over. When the order invariably comes back incorrect, I know that I continue to live in a world of human idiocy and not the ruthless efficiency of an AI simulation. If the order ever comes back correct, I’ll know it’s time to worry. I’d like to thank this CFA for the part it’s playing in the inevitable war against the machines.

We were kicked out 12 minutes before closing time after we got our food. Order taker should have advised we wouldn't be able to dine-in when we ordered 30 mins before closing time. We went to the table, got all our food out and started eating. A lady comes over and tells us they're closing in 10 mins, and that we can go eat across the hall in the food court. So we pack up and went across the hall. We got kicked out of there too because we weren't supposed to have outside food in that food court. We ended up eating outside. Apparently you'll get kicked out bear closing time even if you're in the middle of eating at this location.
Very disappointed with the costumer service here. Walked in at 5:50pm on November 11th. The lady that helped us was not happy to assist us. I felt very limited on what I could order. We all have bad days and I know it was close to closing time but employees need to know how to address customers. She had a horrible attitude. She came to take the order and the way that she treated us it actually makes me not want to ever come back. Her name is DEDE! If the closing time is 6pm I should be able to order what I desire. If I could give her a zero I would.

Just set aside 30 minutes upfront to wait for your food at this location.I’ve never seen a more incompetent CFA than this location. I don’t even know why I come back any more. I will wait LITERALLY 20 minutes for my food and the order will STILL be wrong.CFA’s brand is operational efficiency, but this location needs some serious improvement.
