“Me and my family came in for the first time today and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is red and black , which is my favorite colors so we felt right at home lol. The cashier , I forget her name, but she was so patient, sweet and friendly when taking and explaining our order... the food came after about a 15 minute wait, and when I tell you we enjoyed every bite. I got the 3 whole wings and waffles with a side of baked beans and potatoe salad(thank you Marvelle W.) I would break everything down but just know this place is a must try. Marvelle was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. And was very sweet , nice, accommodating, and personable (Hey Neighbor!) LOL. Now that's customer service! Thank you Hattie Bs. “From out of town, decided to try on a whim as I like home cooked chicken, the chicken is on point with a slight kick to it and boy oh boy does chicken fit the bill for delicious with no disappointment. The beans compliment the chicken and if anything completes the flavor one comes to expect when having chicken with fried pickles, on that note the fried pickles have a great flavor all their own and rounds out the meal. “KeKe was nice and very attentive. Ordered the chicken wings and croffle (waffle). I got the strawberry and cream waffle. Husband had the bananas foster waffle. The waffles were pretty but the inside texture seemed as if they weren't cooked all the way, kinda mushy. But the outside seemed like it was well done. Maybe they were well done and it could possibly be that the toppings seep into the middle and make it mushy, not sure but didn't like that texture inside... the chicken wings were absolutely delicious: seasoned and fried to crispy perfection. I wanted another order and wish I could have some right now just thinking about it! I ordered a side of gouda grits - also delicious! As well as the mimosas!“

“First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. “The food is amazing. This is my number one place for fish and chips. The biggest problem is the location. It’s definitely not in the best part of town, you’ll see that as soon as you get off the highway. Also the customer service needs work they treat everyone like a scammer and they want to see your phone receipt, credit card, and I.D. To pick up your order. I can forgive this because ATL especially in that area has some shady people that are scammers. I recommend they open a location in Cobb County so people who live north don’t have to travel so far. Most areas are very safe, there is definitely a demand, and they would dominate the one or two competitors in the area because they have better food.Parking: The restaurant is attached to a gas station next to a strip mall. The lot is small usually crowded and people constantly drive the wrong way.“
“I love peri peri chicken. Like, there is never a day when I wouldn't want to have peri peri. Atlanta doesn't have a Nando's so I was on the search for a local restaurant that sells it. I found Tatso and let me start by saying they are a ghost kitchen that only has late night ordering. You cannot order Tatso before 10pm. That alone is a bit rough - especially when you're trying to just have it for dinner. But I'm a trooper and decided I'd have it for a late night snack instead (and take leftovers for lunch). Placing my order online was easy enough. The pickup location in Doraville felt a little sketch - its superrrrr empty and dark. They definitely need light in the parking lot! But anyways, the food is what we're here for - I ordered the half chicken with the rice and grilled squash/zucchini. They gave me a free slice of red velvet cake with my order. Let's start by saying the grilled vegetables were AMAZING. I could eat that alone it's so tasty. Very well seasoned. The rice was meh. The chicken itself had soooo much potential. It was tasty on the outside but soon as you got into it, it was very dry and bland. The chicken had definitely not been marinated before. Overall I'm glad I tried it and the gentleman who handed me my order out of the door was very nice.“

“My husband and I both got a 3 tender plate. I’m a wimp and got no-heat. The chicken breading was great and the chicken was moist. My husband asked for the Howlin’ heat level, but the cashier advised him to be careful, so he ended up with the next level down. He enjoyed it, but I think he’ll try the Howlin’ next time. The Mac & Cheese was very good and I’m kicking myself for not getting another fried apple pie.“
