So being that it's graduation week my daughter graduated 5th grade and is going into 6th as an honor roll student I decided this would be a little treat for our first day off. From the fun and vibrant colors when you walk in the door to the very helpful and sweet young woman behind the counter named TT and to the treat itself.. COMPLETELY LOVED IT!!! The pineapple whip is absolutely delicious. I got the Georgia peach tea slushie with pineapple Dole whip and I will be getting that again it was so refreshing so delicious! My daughter got the dolenada(pineapple dole with chamoy and tajin. It was delicious!!! From walking in the door until we walked out the door TT made the whole experience and truly is an asset to your brand!! We will be back and will bring friends. Ps. “The weather was nice, the friends were out for a stroll after a morning of volunteering, what better reasons to stop into Big Softie for a cool treat! LoL. As I walked in my senses were attacked by fresh smells of sweet cream and fresh waffle cones. To say I was instantly excited would be an understatement. I was overjoyed by the instant memories of childhood and the local ice cream parlor. The nostalgia was free with my order. Ha! Walking up to the cashier to order, the young lady was very nice and greeted me with a smile. As I was the last of the group to order I knew what I wanted. I partook in a small vanilla on a cake cone with rainbow sprinkles (jimmies where I’m from). I placed my order, provided my name, and stood to the side. Once my order was ready, my name was called and my excitement started all over again. The ice cream was perfectly sculpted. It looked as if every sprinkle was perfectly placed and the ice cream to cone ratio was perfecttttttttttttttttttt. I’m one who bites the top of the swirl off first and upon FIRST BITE… I was planning my next visit back. LoL. Fresh Ice Cream Fresh Cone Super Fresh Sprinkles And best of all, the cream to sugar ratio was algebraically perfect. It’s official. I’ll be back in two weeks for my next fix. Dare I say, Big Softie is now in my Top 5 for Ice Cream, and #1 for Soft Serve. Do yourself a favor and get you some. 🥳“

“I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!“

“Very clean cute and small establishment. Very friendly staff smells good and looks very clean in there. While there is no inside seating, you can sit outside at the little tables but not enough space for a group of people. Perfect after dinner dessert date they also serve coffee as well. Very delicious and creamy gelato. I will definitely come back“

“Kilwins has one of my favorite simple treats raspberry sorbet in a warm waffle cone. The sorbet is refreshing and not overly sweet, and the fresh waffle cone makes it even better. The desserts are definitely worth it. Customer service could be improved though. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming the welcoming was very dull, and the experience felt a little rushed every move i make they make it was weird but i love my sorbet combo and also i dont like the thick chunks of ice i reached out via email nobody contact me about my issue i had still waiting on a reply. I’d still come back for the sorbet and warm cone combo. Didn't like the chocolate covered pretzels takes old returned them.“

“Popped in very quickly to grab cookies for my children after getting dinner next door. Crumbl Cookies is not my preference but the ordering process is quick and easy.

I went over to the digital menu, ordered the larger cookie 4-pack (pictured) and made payment on the same device I ordered on. The cookies came out after about 3 minutes and the baker showed them to me before closing the box and handing it to me with a smile.
