“I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!“

“I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service.
