I tried the crème brûlée tea with tons of custard and cheese foam, seriously crave-worthy and their all-natural fruit tea was packed with fresh fruit you can eat after you finish the drink. 🍓🍊 It’s refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet like some boba places. The spot itself is cozy and perfect for a quick treat after shopping or just a chill afternoon stop. The service is fast because they have the self service kiosk if you didn’t want to wait in line.

That said, the inside could use some atmosphere upgrades. When I brought a date, the music felt pretty loud and the lighting was very bright. A warmer, more relaxed vibe (softer lighting + slightly lower volume) would make it a much better sit-and-chat spot.

“Came for lunch on a rainy Thursday. Not busy. Only two people working and we had five orders, so it took a little time. Menu was confusing, and the video boards are not consistent with the printed menus, so it was hard to figure out what was really available. Some items were not available: Korean BBQ area is under renovation (!?), one spicy ramen option. We did order 1 bubble tea (4/5), 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen (5/5), 3 poke bowls (4.5/5), 1 calamari appetizer (4/5). Service was a little slow and all at the counter - not sure why I tipped so much as we even bussed our own trays. Overall, food was the star and the rest of the experience was just okay. Also, restroom was blocked off due to renovation.“

“This restaurant is fabulous! We ordered the beef rice box, a make your own sushi burrito, Thai tea, Two Fiji waters and an order of Gyoza dumplings all for $48! The Service here is so friendly and welcoming, and they Even have Asian style claw machines with really good prizes! The food is unbelievably flavorful and definitely keeps you full! My only tiny nitpick is that there is isn’t a drainer top on the floor in the bathroom and a child could easily get their foot/ hand stuck in there and that there isn’t any changing table for parents and their babies (I know it’s not required by the state of Georgia for changing tables to be available in businesses, but considering it’s such a family friendly restaurant, it would be considerate to have). Other than that, this place is the prefect spot for anytime of day and any kind of weather!“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.

This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.

We ended up getting seconds because we chugged our drinks. Wasn’t a fan of the taro toppings though, but the brown sugar with cream cheese was sooo good. I’m pretty sure I felt it spike my blood sugar so that means it’s perfect.“

“I went this place for the first time last thursday, ordered Brown sugar boba tea and fried tofu, my favorite asian treat sesame balls.

L size drink was gigantic and the brown sugar flavor was strong; however, the boba pearls weren't so chewy but rather soft and melty. The tofu was flavorful & crunchy, and the sesame balls were great as usual.
