“Pearls Tea is hands-down one of the best bubble tea spots I’ve visited. The drinks are consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients—they don’t skimp on anything. The tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy every time, never overcooked or mushy, which is surprisingly rare to find.“

“Around July 2026, the bubble tea shop (Peal’s Tea) closed, and a coffee shop (CREMATIX COFFEE) opened in its place.
It’s a very unique shop that serves “Chaffless Coffee”—coffee roasted after the chaff (the husk) in the center of the beans has been removed, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor and a rich aroma.
The owner and staff were all very kind, and it felt as comfortable as visiting a friend’s house. We’d love to visit again in search of delicious coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely love CREMATIX COFFEE.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“Had an awesome boba run at Gong Cha Suwanee! We got the Strawberry Milk Slush (fruity + creamy), the Caramel Chocolate Slush (low sugar but super flavorful), and the XL Pearl Milk Tea (classic and perfectly sweet). Every drink was spot-on. Pearls were fresh and chewy. This place never misses!“

“My drink was phenomenal, and the service was amazing. I wasn't sure if I would like a specific drink because of the use of coconut milk in it, but they assured me the flavor was really mild and offered to adjust it if I didn't end up liking it. When the drink came, it was DELICIOUS, and they were right - you could barely taste the coconut! I was very impressed. I wish I lived closer to make it my regular place, but I'll definitely be back every time I'm on that side of town. I can't wait to go back!“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.
This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.
My favorites are:

Galaxy Drink

Can't beat the atmosphere here, it's the best food court in the state.“

“It’s the first time I come to this cute place after I googled boba tea near me . I found this hidden gem 💎 and let me tell you their drinks are so amazing and they also have a delicious snack menu. I tried the fried mushrooms with spicy seasoning and wow my mouth was watering . I definately recommend this little gem and the warm and friendly atmosphere .“

“Love sitting here to study from when this location was Yi Fang then Infinitea now Glaze Tea. The seating is plentiful, WiFi is fast, and outlets are plenty. Glaze Tea seems to be sticking around now, and my favorites have been the drinks with the popping barley boba - they make this shop stand out from the rest! The tea flavor is also strong, and I like the various small snack offerings as well!“

“This is a lovely small business with drinks, breakfast, and pastries. I got a bagel sandwich and vanilla foam cold brew for $10.
The interesting menu items are the steamed bao and waffles. There are sweet waffles and savory waffles, including Oreos and teriyaki chicken.
Pros: interesting menu variety, good for 1-2 people

“The Milk Hot Pot is a must here! We ordered the large jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet and up to 6 toppings. The sweet level was perfect and the tea was fragrant but not overpowering.
Also recommend the tropical fruit tea at 50% sweet.“

“Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.“

“Self serve so it’s 3 stars since you’re serving yourself. Other than that, food is amazeballs. Water and napkins and Togo boxes are clearly marked. The nu ro myun isn’t the traditional Chinese style but it’s more curry indochina style. It was still really delicious.“
