If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.

This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.

“Love sitting here to study from when this location was Yi Fang then Infinitea now Glaze Tea. The seating is plentiful, WiFi is fast, and outlets are plenty. Glaze Tea seems to be sticking around now, and my favorites have been the drinks with the popping barley boba - they make this shop stand out from the rest! “This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“This is my favorite tea shop—from the packaging to the taste, I absolutely adore everything about it! However, the service attitude at the counter can only be described as mediocre; it felt quite cold and indifferent. The staff members even wore sour expressions on their faces. I didn't notice the self-service ordering kiosk near the entrance at the time, but on my next visit, I will definitely use the kiosk to place my order directly—I certainly won't be ordering at the front counter again.“

“A great late night spot and the food is satisfying. I love eating their tomato crossing the bridge rice noodles. Though I always burn my mouth. It’s kept hot throughout the whole stay because of the bowls they use. I really like how hot the soup is though so this isn’t a complaint. “After catching a movie, I was definitely craving a sweet treat and was delighted to spot Komma Tea in the mall. I haven't had a taro milk tea in quite some time, so I was genuinely excited to see it on their menu.

I placed my order, and I have to give them credit for speed. My drink was ready in no time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture.

Unfortunately, the tea itself had a bit of a weird aftertaste. It wasn't the best experience, but I'm hoping it was just an off day for them. I'd be willing to give them another try, as the convenience and the boba quality were spot on.
