Had an awesome boba run at Gong Cha Suwanee! We got the Strawberry Milk Slush (fruity + creamy), the Caramel Chocolate Slush (low sugar but super flavorful), and the XL Pearl Milk Tea (classic and perfectly sweet). Every drink was spot-on. Pearls were fresh and chewy. This place never misses!
I ordered the Pumpkin Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Pearls & Marshmallow Foam. It is delicious! $8 it is very sweet and yummy. Would probably get it less sweet next time. The pumpkin flavor is great and the marshmallow cream is so good.

Gong Cha Suwanee Sugarloaf Plaza is an amazing bubble tea spot across the Assi Plaza. They serve delicious teas, with the Earl Grey being a fan favorite. The Earl Grey Milk Tea with boba, milk foam, and 30% sweetness is highly recommended. The boba is soft and chewy, and the teas are tasty. The customer service is exceptional, with employees going above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. The staff are always patient and friendly. The waffles are piping hot and delicious. The place can get crowded, especially during the post-school rush, but it's worth it for the great drinks and service. Customers enjoyed the Strawberry Milk Slush, Caramel Chocolate Slush, and XL Pearl Milk Tea. The Strawberry Milk Slush was fruity and creamy, while the Caramel Chocolate Slush was flavorful. The XL Pearl Milk Tea was classic and perfectly sweet with chewy, fresh pearls. The speed of service is impressive, with orders delivered quickly.
