“My drink was phenomenal, and the service was amazing. I wasn't sure if I would like a specific drink because of the use of coconut milk in it, but they assured me the flavor was really mild and offered to adjust it if I didn't end up liking it. When the drink came, it was DELICIOUS, and they were right - you could barely taste the coconut! I was very impressed. I wish I lived closer to make it my regular place, but I'll definitely be back every time I'm on that side of town. I can't wait to go back!“

“Around July 2026, the bubble tea shop (Peal’s Tea) closed, and a coffee shop (CREMATIX COFFEE) opened in its place.

It’s a very unique shop that serves “Chaffless Coffee”—coffee roasted after the chaff (the husk) in the center of the beans has been removed, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor and a rich aroma.

The owner and staff were all very kind, and it felt as comfortable as visiting a friend’s house. We’d love to visit again in search of delicious coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely love CREMATIX COFFEE.“

“I’ve been going to the other Greatea location for years, but recently they’ve changed the place so I tried the suwanee location. I’ve came back atleast 6 times now and it’s amazing! The first time I came I noticed the store is so cute and aesthetic with such a nice vibe and ambiance, I also noticed how the workers are extremely nice :) Every time I came it was atleast 1 unfamiliar face, I love how different all of the staff are, some are adorable talkative and charming while some are a little more host but just as welcoming and sweet. When you arrive, you’re met with a super warm welcome… And let’s not get started on the cheese milk tea 🤤 All their drinks are natural nd their creamy milk tea collection is to die for, they use real brewed tea, and natural juices rather shots of syrup flavors which makes everything taste better. 12/10 boba shop, the only one I go to! The thai tea and banana tea were also good. Recommend getting a ramen and drink combo! Abundant parking out front (since it is attached to strip mall). The staff were encountered were all very friendly and answered all our questions.“

“I have been multiple times and Pearl's Tea do not disappoint! They offer many different flavor combinations and you can pick your boba whether you like the tapioca or popping boba, or both! The strawberries and cream is always great that is a repeat order! Also, my absolute favorite coffee drink is the salted cream coffee (not pictured), I order this everytime I am in the area! It is an absolute perfect balance of salty/sweat/creamy with a strong coffee flavor. I enjoyed their coffee here more than some specifically coffee-based places around! “This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

We really like Moonlight and Red Robe as they taste really good to us and the flavoring hits perfectly to what we want with 25% sugar and less ice.

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.

This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.

The interesting menu items are the steamed bao and waffles. There are sweet waffles and savory waffles, including Oreos and teriyaki chicken.

“We are so glad that Umami Sushi is so close to where we live. Whenever we crave for fresh Sushi we can just walk to Umami for the Sushis. The Sushi are always fresh and delicious. We have tried the Spicy Tuna roll, California roll and the veggie rolls and all were very good. Will keep coming.“
