“I got the biscotti milk tea with boba (center) with 75% sweetness and light ice and I was so tasty! Honestly perfectly sweetened. Also pictured is the Japanese milk tea with boba-50% (left) and it was good but needed to be sweeter. The one on the right is one of the matcha teas, also good but could’ve been sweeter. Overall a good experience and would go back! They have a huge menu, can order at the counter or at one of the kiosks. Drinks came out fairly quickly and they’re open late!“

“Really enjoyed this place! The boba was fresh and chewy, and the milk tea had a really nice tea flavor without being overly sweet. I also tried one of their fresh fruit teas and you can actually taste the real fruit, which I loved.
The shop is clean and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely a great spot for boba and bubble tea. I’ll be back to try more drinks!“

“Ding tea is my go to for the grapefruit green tea! Its the best, there is actually grapefruit pulp in it. I also love there snack foods. I usually get the lemon grass tofu (yummy) but they have a new item, mozzarella triangles that are delicious also. The staff is always kind and efficient!You can't go wrong no matter what you choose. Please stop in and place an order.“

“They were all out of the Strawberry Lychee so I got the Mango fruit tea instead and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and it had bits of fruit in it. You can't go wrong with the Passion fruit tea as well. All my drinks were made to the exact specifications of my order and were made in a timely matter. Bonus points, the cups that the teas were delivered in were sturdy and presentable.“
“Their ceremonial matcha is super strong and the customer service is amazing. I ordered their Kyoto matcha cloud, ended up chugging the whole thing and coming back to order a second one. If you’re a matcha lover definitely this is a spot you need to try. 10/10 highly recommend. Good quality matcha and customizable. Super green and pretty cups as well!🫶“

“I have been multiple times and Pearl's Tea do not disappoint! They offer many different flavor combinations and you can pick your boba whether you like the tapioca or popping boba, or both! The strawberries and cream is always great that is a repeat order! Also, my absolute favorite coffee drink is the salted cream coffee (not pictured), I order this everytime I am in the area! It is an absolute perfect balance of salty/sweat/creamy with a strong coffee flavor. I enjoyed their coffee here more than some specifically coffee-based places around! Absolute must try if you are in the area!! ☕️😁“

“Around July 2026, the bubble tea shop (Peal’s Tea) closed, and a coffee shop (CREMATIX COFFEE) opened in its place.
It’s a very unique shop that serves “Chaffless Coffee”—coffee roasted after the chaff (the husk) in the center of the beans has been removed, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor and a rich aroma.
The owner and staff were all very kind, and it felt as comfortable as visiting a friend’s house. We’d love to visit again in search of delicious coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely love CREMATIX COFFEE.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.
This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.
My favorites are:

“Had an awesome boba run at Gong Cha Suwanee! We got the Strawberry Milk Slush (fruity + creamy), the Caramel Chocolate Slush (low sugar but super flavorful), and the XL Pearl Milk Tea (classic and perfectly sweet). Every drink was spot-on. Pearls were fresh and chewy. This place never misses!“

“Love sitting here to study from when this location was Yi Fang then Infinitea now Glaze Tea. The seating is plentiful, WiFi is fast, and outlets are plenty. Glaze Tea seems to be sticking around now, and my favorites have been the drinks with the popping barley boba - they make this shop stand out from the rest! The tea flavor is also strong, and I like the various small snack offerings as well!“

“It’s the first time I come to this cute place after I googled boba tea near me . I found this hidden gem 💎 and let me tell you their drinks are so amazing and they also have a delicious snack menu. I tried the fried mushrooms with spicy seasoning and wow my mouth was watering . I definately recommend this little gem and the warm and friendly atmosphere .“

“Came here for the first time and it was absolutely fantastic, its so cute inside and out, service was great and they were so helpful. The deserts and drinks were sooo good, the mochi was cloud soft and the cakes were sooo fluffy and delicious not too sweet either. “If you are someone who loves filled donuts, this is the place to go. Staff are always very nice and quick to offer suggestions. There aren't many places to get donuts that have a perfect texture, aren't too sweet, and beautifully fully flavored like they are here! “This was my 4th time visiting Glaze Tea, and once again, they did not disappoint. The Vineyard and Glaze drink was absolutely amazing, the music and chill atmosphere were on point as always.

“Got the Maiko Special here and omg it was soooo good 😭🍵 The matcha ice cream was probably my favorite, it was so creamy and had the perfect matcha flavor. Everything in the special was delicious and went so well together.

“Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.“
