Around July 2026, the bubble tea shop (Peal’s Tea) closed, and a coffee shop (CREMATIX COFFEE) opened in its place.
It’s a very unique shop that serves “Chaffless Coffee”—coffee roasted after the chaff (the husk) in the center of the beans has been removed, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor and a rich aroma.
