“This is a great place with great food, but I do have ONE complaint. I was there this morning for breakfast with a friend and ordered a wonderful Divine Sunrise sandwich and a regular unsweet black tea -- you know, like you would get at Chick-fil-a or somewhere like that. It was $4 for the tea in a 16-oz cup with lots of ice and NO REFILL!!! NONE! NOT ONE! So I refilled my cup with the ice water they had in a pitcher on the counter and thought to myself, "So this might be a reason I do not come back." While the food is priced reasonably for today's economy, $4 for less than 16 oz of regular unsweet tea is ridiculous if you offer no refills.“

“Excellent customer service from Theo! I purchased two bags of espresso roast and asked to have them ground for espresso use. Upon arriving home I noticed that the grind was not correct. Upon returning to the store I explained my situation and unfortunately I did not save my receipt. Regardless they corrected the situation and had two new bags ground for espresso like I asked. This is the type of customer service that will keep customers returning.“

“I always order ahead and then stop in and grab my order before going to work. Everyone that works there is very nice and they always have my order ready. Even though I only live two miles from the place, it only takes me a few minutes to get there. Everything is always fresh and good, and my coffee is always made exactly as ordered. They don't have a huge selection of tumblers and mugs, but they do have some for sale. It's a pretty big Starbucks, and there always seems to be a space to sit down and work if needed, and they have plenty of seating outside. All in all a really good Starbucks.“
