Tim Hortons Reviews
Yusuf served me and it was great. He made good recommendations and the food was good
I’m glad to have a Tim Hortons in the area and I really want this location to succeed, but the service has been consistently frustrating.
My biggest issue is simply how long it takes to get even the most basic order. I’m not talking about a large or complicated order—sometimes it’s just one breakfast sandwich, and the wait still seems much longer than it should for a quick-service restaurant.

Great Tim Horton’s location in the Atlanta metro area. They make great coffee and Timbits (aka donut holes)! Drive through is fast and efficient. If you’ve been to Tim Horton’s in Canada or want to try this favorite from across the border, it’s 100% worth stopping in.

Tim Hortons in the Atlanta metro area is a restaurant that offers good food and coffee. The coffee and Timbits are great, and the drive through is fast and efficient. The sausage, egg & cheese croissant and Iced Capp are really good. Service is friendly and everything comes out quickly. The Suwanee location has better donuts, friendlier staff, and a great atmosphere with enjoyable music. The nostalgic Ice Capp reminds customers of Canada. The creme bru latte has perfect bitterness and burnt tasting of the creme brule. The tidbits are okay, though donut holes are not for everyone. However, the service has been consistently frustrating. Getting even a basic order, like one breakfast sandwich, takes much longer than it should for a quick-service restaurant. Order accuracy is an ongoing problem. A plain sausage croissant, a regular menu item, keeps coming with egg and cheese. The location is still relatively new with some kinks to work out. Long waits and repeated order mistakes keep it at three stars right now. Hopefully with more time, the speed and consistency can improve.
