The Ice Cream Machine wasn’t working but Elizabeth allowed us to substitute the ice cream with small fries. I think that’s GREAT customer service.
Still love McDonald's.. wish they had their dollar tea back. But they do make the best tea out their!
I've visited this location on numerous occasions and oftentimes, my order is incorrect. Most times, I order the exact same thing; the Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast combo with a Coke - patty well done. Almost without fail, when I ask for the patty to be cooked well, they forget to put the egg on the sandwich. I'm tired of not getting what I paid for. I normally don't complain or go back to mention it, but I've had enough. How hard is it to follow the order on the screen....read full review

McDonald's is a welcoming place with a clean and comfortable environment. The separate children's play area is a hit, featuring slides, climbing frames, and tablets for entertainment. The staff, including a friendly Hispanic male employee at the front, brings a positive attitude to the table. Many customers have noticed a significant improvement in employee attitude, service efficiency, and order accuracy at this neighborhood restaurant. Some customers, however, have faced issues, like one who encountered a closed store after placing an order through the app. Despite these hiccups, the food quality is consistently good and fresh, with the experience being excellent overall. The location might be a bit far for some, but it has lots of outlets and is great for studying. Additionally, the iced coffee is popular for being a great deal at $0.99, although some find it a bit weak in caffeine. Overall, this McDonald's remains a favorite for quick bites and enjoyable visits.
