“I've been working my way through the local donut spots. 5 stars for the best combination of taste and quality along with flavor options and variety.
Dunkin is a 1 star, maybe 2 if they're fresh. Grocery store is a 3. KK is a 4, too much greasy sugary, not enough dough. Local spots usually nail it.
Nice and fluffy with perfect toppings. Service was great too.“

“Hands down - the best bubble tea I ever had. The cozy atmosphere and variety of flavors is what did it for me. I wasn't stuck choosing between flavors I didn't like. A definite must visit to chill and get EXACTLY what you want.“

“so I am maybe two minutes outside of the store I made a purchase for one of their açai drinks. I believe it was called. The wave absolutely delicious creamy you can taste all of the flavors. Great consistency not a bit of crushed ice. No taste of water I mean, just very well put together. The size was 24 ounces. I mean just absolutely refreshing job well done looking forward to trying out some other flavors. The Service was only a four star which is still pretty good thanks to the young lady who prepared my drink and gave a, thank you and wished me well which was I thought was very genuine and authentic. Atmosphere, I only gave her three Star because I would’ve loved to see more detail, detailed information about how the store came Into existence, and just more Understanding of what they look to accomplish with their product in their service (not just another smoothie shop) being understood the moment you walked through the door. But all in all their products being this smoothie that I had was absolutely delicious.
I would like to offer a side-note, corrections of errors that Team Members make can always be Viewed and used as a teachable moments and that moment, depending on the situation should always be out of the eyes of your customers.

“I got the brown sugar pudding milk tea and the tiger mango sago. It was so good! The first drink tasted like flan and the tiger mango saga had a very mango nectary taste. 10/10… however, where we sat down, we had a view of rats playing outside by the trash can which was a bit unappetizing. But food and service 10/10“
