“Great place !! The food was DELICIOUS. Though I did take one star off for service. It was nothing terrible, truly! I just happen to be more observant in tone and facial expressions. The cashier (don’t remember her name, sorry!) was dry, I’m talking like OVERLY dry. Now I’m not saying you have to be up and down the walls with all the energy becasue I get some people may have bad days or may be tired, I’m not sure. But that somewhat ruined a bit of the experience for me. Other than that, everything was great!“

“The Lawrenceville location catered my Son’s Bar Mitzvah in December 2025. Pearl’s is our absolute favorite boba shop, and our guests are now fans, too! The entire process was so easy! They were wonderful to work with, affordable, and we will continue to recommend them to everyone!“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.
This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.
My favorites are:
Hong Kong Lemon Tea

Galaxy Drink

Can't beat the atmosphere here, it's the best food court in the state.“

“The Milk Hot Pot is a must here! We ordered the large jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet and up to 6 toppings. The sweet level was perfect and the tea was fragrant but not overpowering.
Also recommend the tropical fruit tea at 50% sweet.“

“Fast service, polite staff, and food came out fresh👍 Tried them with mild spices and it was very yummy. A great crispy crunch paired with spices on top and tender chicken. Great portions for the price, a good snack to pickup and even share with another person. Will definitely try them full-on spicy next time!“

“Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.“

“Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe did not disappoint! I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets (extra spicy with extra fried basil), and they were packed with flavor. The nuggets were perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and the fried basil added an amazing savory aroma and crunch. If you enjoy heat, the extra spicy level definitely delivers without overpowering the dish. I also tried the bacon cheese fries, which were just as satisfying; crispy fries topped with generous bacon, melted cheese, and fresh green onions. Comfort food done right. The service was excellent as well. The cashier was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The ambiance had a relaxed café feel, with plenty of seating and an open parking lot, making it a great place to dine in or hang out. They also offer a nice selection of bakery items and drinks, which I’m definitely looking forward to trying next time. Overall, everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was on point. Highly recommend!“

“After catching a movie, I was definitely craving a sweet treat and was delighted to spot Komma Tea in the mall. I haven't had a taro milk tea in quite some time, so I was genuinely excited to see it on their menu.
I placed my order, and I have to give them credit for speed. My drink was ready in no time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture.
Unfortunately, the tea itself had a bit of a weird aftertaste. It wasn't the best experience, but I'm hoping it was just an off day for them. I'd be willing to give them another try, as the convenience and the boba quality were spot on.
