“I was just walking around and saw the cute little sign. Ended up trying the Osmanthus Milk Tea — wow. Light, floral, and not overly sweet. The girl at the counter even suggested 30% sugar, and she was right. Perfect balance. Felt like I discovered a hidden gem.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.
This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.
My favorites are:
Hong Kong Lemon Tea
Fresh Taro
Galaxy Drink

Can't beat the atmosphere here, it's the best food court in the state.“

“This was my 4th time visiting Glaze Tea, and once again, they did not disappoint. The Vineyard and Glaze drink was absolutely amazing, the music and chill atmosphere were on point as always.
What really stood out this time was the customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong sugar level, but Kyle fixed it for me. His positive attitude and helpfulness made the experience even better.“

“Got the Maiko Special here and omg it was soooo good 😭🍵 The matcha ice cream was probably my favorite, it was so creamy and had the perfect matcha flavor. Everything in the special was delicious and went so well together.
The staff was also really nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better! Definitely coming back again because I already know I’m gonna be craving this.“

“Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.“

“After catching a movie, I was definitely craving a sweet treat and was delighted to spot Komma Tea in the mall. I haven't had a taro milk tea in quite some time, so I was genuinely excited to see it on their menu.
I placed my order, and I have to give them credit for speed. My drink was ready in no time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture.
Unfortunately, the tea itself had a bit of a weird aftertaste. It wasn't the best experience, but I'm hoping it was just an off day for them. I'd be willing to give them another try, as the convenience and the boba quality were spot on.

“Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe did not disappoint! I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets (extra spicy with extra fried basil), and they were packed with flavor. The nuggets were perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and the fried basil added an amazing savory aroma and crunch. If you enjoy heat, the extra spicy level definitely delivers without overpowering the dish. I also tried the bacon cheese fries, which were just as satisfying; crispy fries topped with generous bacon, melted cheese, and fresh green onions. Comfort food done right. The service was excellent as well. The cashier was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The ambiance had a relaxed café feel, with plenty of seating and an open parking lot, making it a great place to dine in or hang out. They also offer a nice selection of bakery items and drinks, which I’m definitely looking forward to trying next time. Overall, everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was on point. Highly recommend!“

“The owner is really nice and friendly. They have limited menu but they’re hardworking and constantly making desserts! They also sell some cute bracelets and hair clips hair ties. I tried the jasmine lemon tea on a very hot day and it was really good. Their ac was a little hot but honestly I understand cutting certain expenses. Support your local businesses!“

“I love the fact that this Vietnamese fusion eatery is here. I love Vietnamese sandwiches and theirs is pretty good. I ordered chicken and it was delicious. The music is calming jazz and it is a great place to dine and do some paperwork. I will be back again!“
