Went today and the cashier girl had AirPods in and was talking on the phone. I usually don't really care about stuff like that but she was talking to whoever at the same as taking my order so it was confusing. The drink she made me was disgusting and I ended up having to throw it away :(. I think she was too distracted.
I love going here every time I go to the mall, they are always very nice and helpful with any add ons you would want, I always get a large strawberry green tea with extra boba and I love how generous they are with the boba, by far my favorite boba shop in the area <3

Komma Tea left much to be desired; the tea was disappointingly bland. I'd recommend avoiding this place, especially with numerous amazing bubble tea options nearby. Additionally, the pearls were a bit too chewy, diminishing the overall enjoyment. Look elsewhere for a more satisfying bubble tea experience.
