“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped into Natural Defense today and tried their Immunity Boost Smoothie with soursop, mango, pineapple, and coconut cream — and wow, it was exactly what my body needed! 🥭🍍🥥 The flavor was tropical, refreshing, and perfectly balanced — creamy but still light. You can tell they use quality, fresh ingredients. The sea moss options here are also amazing — I love that they have different blends like passionfruit, ashwagandha, and soursop for added wellness benefits. 🌱 The staff was super welcoming and helpful in explaining the different blends, and the whole place has a clean, uplifting vibe. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking to boost your immunity, support your energy, and enjoy something that tastes incredible while also being good for you. 💛“

“After catching a movie, I was definitely craving a sweet treat and was delighted to spot Komma Tea in the mall. I haven't had a taro milk tea in quite some time, so I was genuinely excited to see it on their menu.
I placed my order, and I have to give them credit for speed. My drink was ready in no time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture.
Unfortunately, the tea itself had a bit of a weird aftertaste. It wasn't the best experience, but I'm hoping it was just an off day for them. I'd be willing to give them another try, as the convenience and the boba quality were spot on.

“My first time visiting this establishment was during week one of a 21 day fast. With it being my first time and only eating fruits and vegetables, I felt extremely supported when this beautifully spirited lady that smiled with her heart patiently listened as I carefully chose my base and toppings then called my fast out by name (the Daniel fast) and wished me luck before I left.
I haven't felt this way about an eating establishment, or a stranger in a very long time. So timely.
PS. I WILL be back to try the salmon FIRST when I get back 😌“
