“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

She gave me a sample of the smoothie to make sure I liked it and to see if I wanted to add anything to it before she poured it and it was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had! “My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. “I have had the pleasure of visiting Kale Me Crazy multiple times per week to pick up orders and each time for over 2 months I have had the experience of being greeted as if I’m a nuance. I’m often met with the attitude similar to coldness of a widow scorned or the distance of someone who is carrying a man eating virus. I’m not European so I’m unsure if it’s because of that or simply because I look like an alien from stranger things. They are very chipper towards people who resemble them so maybe it’s just a coincidence. I wish that we all treated others the way that we wanted to be treated and that if we act a certain way towards someone it’s because of their actual character and not appearance or stereotypes. “I was sitting on the traffic stop at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Medlock Bridge roads when I saw a billboard showing a Smoothie King in the area. So I decided to stop by. What a beautiful store. I’m a huge Smoothie King fan and do a lot of my ordering online, but will occasionally stop in a store. The employees there, especially Connor were so pleasant. Everyone spoke to me, either saying welcome or to ask how my day was going. I don’t usually small talk, but these folks somehow managed to get me to talk. They seemed to have a lot of fun serving us as they ribbed Connor playfully. Great place.“

Unlike the chains, they offer multiple sizes. You can build your own bowl buffet-style or choose from one of their pre-made creations. Even better — you get to watch it being made right in front of you.

They don’t nickel-and-dime you for extra ingredients. The staff is awesome, the space is comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking.

“Visited this location for the first time in mid-February (we had a T-Mobile offer). Purchased the acai bowl with nutella and an all-american wrap (customized to be vegetarian). Both were fresh and very tasty. We look forwarding to being back and getting one of the smoothies!“

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“Tried this place for dinner with a couple friends and overall it was a pretty good experience. The food came out fresh and the portions were decent for the price. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it had great flavor, while my friend really liked the pasta. Service was friendly and checked on us a few times without being overbearing. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal. There was a little bit of a wait for our food, but nothing too bad. If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.

This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.

It tastes like pure sugar instead of having a cocoa taste to it which is not the shops fault necessarily but they may want to look into using a different brand of chocolate because they really look great but the taste just isn’t there.“
