“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

“We had such a great experience at Clean Eatz in Sandy Springs! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with real, clean ingredients. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. The wrap had the perfect kick, and the fries were crisp and satisfying without feeling greasy. My partner got the Blackened Salmon Wrap with Steamed Seasoned Broccoli, and it was a hit. The salmon was cooked just right, and the broccoli had great flavor without being overly salty. To drink, we tried the Vanilla Protein Coffee and the Tropical Vitality Water. Both were refreshing and energizing, and they paired perfectly with our meal. “I was very excited for Beyond to open near my office for lunch. I went a few time after they opened and it was phenomenal. The portions were large, the smoothies were delicious, and they were always stocked with juices. Recently, something might have changed. The food portion sizes are smaller. My chicken caesar wrap barely had any chicken the last time I went. The wraps are falling apart as I eat them. They are often out of the premade juice that I am wanting. I still enjoy a wrap every now and the, but I miss the old Beyond!“

“Playa Bowls is a growing chain, but their diverse selection of açaí-style bowls makes them a great breakfast option. I got a banana-based bowl with peanut butter. It was pretty sweet, but very tasty. I would definitely go back to try different flavors for a breakfast or light lunch. “My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied the situation.“

“I have had the pleasure of visiting Kale Me Crazy multiple times per week to pick up orders and each time for over 2 months I have had the experience of being greeted as if I’m a nuance. I’m often met with the attitude similar to coldness of a widow scorned or the distance of someone who is carrying a man eating virus. I’m not European so I’m unsure if it’s because of that or simply because I look like an alien from stranger things. They are very chipper towards people who resemble them so maybe it’s just a coincidence. I wish that we all treated others the way that we wanted to be treated and that if we act a certain way towards someone it’s because of their actual character and not appearance or stereotypes. “Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“
