“I have had the pleasure of visiting Kale Me Crazy multiple times per week to pick up orders and each time for over 2 months I have had the experience of being greeted as if I’m a nuance. I’m often met with the attitude similar to coldness of a widow scorned or the distance of someone who is carrying a man eating virus. I’m not European so I’m unsure if it’s because of that or simply because I look like an alien from stranger things. They are very chipper towards people who resemble them so maybe it’s just a coincidence. I wish that we all treated others the way that we wanted to be treated and that if we act a certain way towards someone it’s because of their actual character and not appearance or stereotypes. “Visited this location for the first time in mid-February (we had a T-Mobile offer). Purchased the acai bowl with nutella and an all-american wrap (customized to be vegetarian). Both were fresh and very tasty. We look forwarding to being back and getting one of the smoothies!“

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“I went today for a bowl and I got the Goldie mango. I would highly recommend this place whether it's just a little quick snack or for a lunch spot. It really is awesome. My bowl was made quick and efficient and the workers were so nice and even try to make conversation with me the environment was super awesome and I felt really welcomed highly recommend whether you're just in a time crunch or just want somewhere to have a good snack please visit this place.“

“I come to Playa Bowls all the time and it has never disappointed! The staff is always kind, greeting you when you first walk in. They are so welcoming and when making the orders quick. They are quick with the orders and they always come out so yummy! Everything comes out fresh and consistently yummy! It is definitely my top #10 favorite spots and I can’t recommend it enough!!“

“My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries and this location created them. The presentation was great but the chocolate flavor is nonexistent. It tastes like pure sugar instead of having a cocoa taste to it which is not the shops fault necessarily but they may want to look into using a different brand of chocolate because they really look great but the taste just isn’t there.“

“So good! The menu isn’t huge but there is a wide variety from sandwiches to salads to bowls and juices. I had the chicken curry bowl. Delicious and big portion. Also, the golden latte is amazing! The staff was so nice to help me decide what to get!“
