I have no idea why they make that their "signature thing." I saw other reviews complaining about this; if it's a bad system that people don't like, change the system, problem solved. ? But the taste was nice, and the texture was smooth and pleasant. I like the offerings of toppings, they were all yummy. And the employees working there were very kind and sweet! It was all very refreshing but I wish they had more non-mixed fruit tea options because the smoothie teas are heavier and do not go great with toppings. Their boba is good, it has a nice sweetness but not overly sweet in the drinks. It is a smaller space so if it is crowded, you will just have to take it to go although there are some tables to sit at. I also think that it is a little pricey and there are other great bubble tea options around that are not quite as expensive.“
