“The Best Restaurant You’ve Never Heard of… Whether you like exploring new cuisine, experiencing other cultural flavors, or just eating darn good food, you must try Ruchi Bangladeshi Cuisine, in Chamblee. I know, you’re thinking, “Really? Bangladeshi food?” I thought the same thing. Then I went to Ruchi and it was life changing. Some of the most amazing flavors I’ve ever had! And the service is outstanding. The wonderful folks at Ruchi truly care about your experience and will help you navigate the menu, making suggestions based on your preferences, including dietary needs! (my wife has Celiac, and they have many gluten free dishes, and others they have modified for us.) There is something for everyone, except perhaps the pickiest. Our kids love it! And everyone has their favorite dishes. Below are some of our favorites. Do yourself a flavor. Try something new and head to Ruchi! Our favorites: Lasooni Chicken (app) Kopi Pakora (cauliflower app) Shaak Ponir (spinach with ponir cheese, you can add a protein) Shrimp Curry Chicken Tikka Masala Tilapia Dopiaza Lamb with mustard Chicken Tandoori (skillet) Mushroom Begoon (Sliced mushrooms and eggplant) Aloo Kopi (cauliflower & potato) Also, their rice is fantastic and various Naan breads are awesome!”

“In from Dallas where I thought nothing could beat my favorite lemongrass but oh Atlanta. Thai Best Thai I’ve ever had!!! Food was amazing the flavors all so good and our server Suji was the nicest. Amazing food. Don’t miss this gem!! The woon sen and crispy rice larb were so so good and the masa man roti. Wow just wow.”

“We usually come here for snacks . Their mughlai is the best. I highly recommend that and samosa. Also Just tried their daily buffet today for the first time. It was really good. Not too many items but quality is always over quantity. Since we got there little late they served us freshly made naan and white rice . The naan was really really good. And finally the dessert section . They make fresh mishti every day and you must try it. Best mishti in atlanta so far .”

“The Harvey is a great local bar to watch soccer matches. The food is great and the atmosphere is laid back. Unlike a similar bar like Fado, the Harvey isn’t loud, you don’t have to fight other people to get a drink, and you are not shoulder to shoulder with other patrons trying to watch the game. This is why we dislike Fado and go to the Harvey now.”

“Some of the best, perhaps the best, Indian food around. Prepared hot and fresh and with made to order spice. Slow cooked and super tender meats along side fresh and delicious veggies made for a great dinning experience. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly and attentive. And both the food and drinks were priced very fairly. Absolutely worth every penny to dine at Himalayas.”

“This place is such a hidden gem. If you like Indian food, you will like Bangladeshi food. They have their differences, but are quite similar. The food is incredible. The naan is fantastic. The tikka moshola is the most delicious curry I have ever tasted. Their mango lassi's are creamy and delicious. It's all great. The staff is also extremely friendly. This place is my favorite restaurant.”

Twice-cooked pork (C5), the chili oil dumplings (A3), salt and pepper squid, sizzling beef, fish with bean sauce on noodles... all of it amazing. It's family run by the nicest people. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Twice cooked pork: thin slices of pork any time. Chili oil dumplings: my favorite, could make a meal of these anytime. The master dumplings are also great! Salt and pepper squid: made perfectly crispy. Salted, with a little heat. There are many places to eat in this food court, but this is my go to.”

I exclusively buy my beans here - the owner roasts them fresh himself, flavors are well balanced and always fantastic. Their coffee menu is straightforward and well-executed, featuring great lattes and espresso that is always freshly ground and made to order. You really cannot go wrong with anything coffee-related here!”

“I highly recommend Souper Jenny. I don't know her personally but her restaurants and staff are phenomenal. I've dined at both locations and her lunch combo is hands down the best value in Georgia. Where else can you have super healthy and delicious (pick 2 entrees), a cookie, a roll, a drink and fresh fruit all for $16 (lunch combo)? Let me tell you absolutely nowhere but at Souper Jenny. Kudos to Jenny. I love your food and now my daughter does too! Keep up the rediculous fantastic work!”

“A good spot for yummy tacos. For three tacos, it was about $11.50. They take credit card. There was a nice spread of condiments. I would stop by again. Bring your own hand sanitizer because there is no bathroom nearby to wash hands and there was no available communal hand sanitizer. I mean, it IS street food.”

“Went for Sunday Dim Sum. They open earlier now. Place is crowded, and parking is hard, but worth it. Food was all great, lots of variety, lots of non traditional Chinese dishes: chicken feet, pig lips, sticky fried rice, pork buns (2 kinds) and the egg custard for desert. Many more dishes to mention and we did not get to try everything. Reasonable pricing.”

“It's fast, not too too expensive, and it's reliably good. Always check the daily blue plate specials at the top of the menu each day. If you order an enchilada ask for it well done and the cheese and sauce will have a wonderful brown to it.”
