“The Best Restaurant You’ve Never Heard of… Whether you like exploring new cuisine, experiencing other cultural flavors, or just eating darn good food, you must try Ruchi Bangladeshi Cuisine, in Chamblee. I know, you’re thinking, “Really? Bangladeshi food?” I thought the same thing. Then I went to Ruchi and it was life changing. Some of the most amazing flavors I’ve ever had! And the service is outstanding. The wonderful folks at Ruchi truly care about your experience and will help you navigate the menu, making suggestions based on your preferences, including dietary needs! (my wife has Celiac, and they have many gluten free dishes, and others they have modified for us.) There is something for everyone, except perhaps the pickiest. Our kids love it! And everyone has their favorite dishes. Below are some of our favorites. Do yourself a flavor. Try something new and head to Ruchi! Our favorites: Lasooni Chicken (app) Kopi Pakora (cauliflower app) Shaak Ponir (spinach with ponir cheese, you can add a protein) Shrimp Curry Chicken Tikka Masala Tilapia Dopiaza Lamb with mustard Chicken Tandoori (skillet) Mushroom Begoon (Sliced mushrooms and eggplant) Aloo Kopi (cauliflower & potato) Also, their rice is fantastic and various Naan breads are awesome!”

“In from Dallas where I thought nothing could beat my favorite lemongrass but oh Atlanta. Thai Best Thai I’ve ever had!!! Food was amazing the flavors all so good and our server Suji was the nicest. Amazing food. Don’t miss this gem!! The woon sen and crispy rice larb were so so good and the masa man roti. Wow just wow.”

Don’t sleep on the United pizza - one of the best pizzas in the city, the nachos are out of this world & the hummus is a sleeper hit (who knew hummus could be SO good?!) Can’t say enough great things about this spot!”

“We usually come here for snacks . Their mughlai is the best. I highly recommend that and samosa. Also Just tried their daily buffet today for the first time. It was really good. Not too many items but quality is always over quantity. Since we got there little late they served us freshly made naan and white rice . The naan was really really good. And finally the dessert section . They make fresh mishti every day and you must try it. Best mishti in atlanta so far .”

“I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.”

“This place is such a hidden gem. If you like Indian food, you will like Bangladeshi food. They have their differences, but are quite similar. The food is incredible. The naan is fantastic. The tikka moshola is the most delicious curry I have ever tasted. Their mango lassi's are creamy and delicious. It's all great. The staff is also extremely friendly. This place is my favorite restaurant.”

Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Twice cooked pork: thin slices of pork any time. Chili oil dumplings: my favorite, could make a meal of these anytime. The master dumplings are also great! Salt and pepper squid: made perfectly crispy. Salted, with a little heat. There are many places to eat in this food court, but this is my go to.”

“Came here for a coffee date with my mom and ended up trying a few different drinks, including an espresso-based drink and one featuring muscovado. The drinks were excellent, but the customer service was what really elevated the experience.

Esther, who was working at the bar, was outstanding. She had a warm, welcoming personality and took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. When there was a mix-up with one of our drinks, she handled it extremely well. She communicated clearly, understood the issue quickly, and found a solution without making the situation complicated. That kind of service makes a difference, especially when something doesn't go exactly as planned.

Beyond the service, the coffee shop itself has a really nice aesthetic. It feels comfortable, inviting, and well suited for either meeting someone for coffee or settling in to get some work done. We sat outside on the patio while I worked for a bit, and the environment was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. There is some construction happening nearby, but it didn't significantly take away from the experience.

The drinks were well crafted, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and Esther's customer service was genuinely a standout part of the visit.

I'd especially recommend this place to anyone looking for a quieter coffee shop for remote work, a casual coffee date, or simply somewhere to enjoy a good drink. Great hospitality can turn a good coffee shop into somewhere you actually want to return to, and Esther definitely helped accomplish that here.
