Las Tortas Locas offers delicious, authentic Mexican food, with highlights including their tacos and burritos, all at reasonable prices. The restaurant is known for handmade tortillas, though it can be hot inside, so taking your meal to go is recommended. Located in a place where it seems to be popular among locals, it's an ideal spot for those seeking a genuine Mexican "fast food" experience.
The food is praised as good and authentic, reminding some customers of home. Service is generally fast, and employees are observed cleaning tables as they become available. However, some customers have expressed concerns about hygiene, with reports of staff handling food and water in an unsanitary manner. Additionally, the manager has been described as scolding and yelling at both customers and staff, which detracts from the overall dining experience.
