“This is probably one of my favorite taqueria's of all time. There classic margarita has just enough sweet and tart mix. My favorite things on the menu are salsa trio, shrimp corn chowder (this is a must every visit), fish taco, and beef brisket enchiladas with lemon cream. Pro tip... don't get the queso and dip your chips in the lemon cream when the enchilada comes. The only reason I gave them 4 starts for atmosphere is because each store runs different hours. There is nothing like grabbing a taco and marg as a mid-day snack and the location closest to you is closed.“

“We love Little Rey!! We worked with Baleigh from LR when planning our Rehearsal Dinner for our wedding weekend, and we had such a great experience!! Their team was very easy to communicate with, and they offer a third party delivery service so we were able to have our food delivered/set up at our venue stress free! Our rehearsal dinner was at a local brewery, so their delicious tacos were perfect fit for the event. “We came to Atlanta for a competition and decided to pop in and try some local restaurants Tin Lizzy Cantina. OMG the best guac fresh chips salsa and the steak Philly tacos the bomb. Not sure why their rating is lower but I know you can’t please everyone. I give them 10/10 OGG was our waitress so friendly, the down home atmosphere if you come to Atlanta and don’t come eat here. “After a long day of visiting tourists sites, I was in much need of an adult beverage and some grub. Our son told us that we had to go to Superica so we jumped in the car and took off like Batman looking for a Midnight dance with Cat Woman. In minutes we were through the door and quickly seated. Even though we had a fairly large party our server Justin made sure that we felt like the only people in the crowded room. The house salsa here is so incredible that I begged on hands and knees that the bartender craft a cocktail using it as the base. After much arguing, debating and signing of waivers, the bartender I believe his name is DeBossie (forgive me for the sp) returned with the David Moon Special. It was spicy, salsay (making up words) and refreshing. It's not for everyone but if you're bold enough to take the road less traveled then I highly recommend it. After a couple of DMs and stuffed on some of the best Mexican food I've ever had, and I've dined in many Latino countries, Chef Kenny came over for a chat. My wife had to stop me from jumping over the table and giving him a deep long kiss for the feast that he provided us. My whole family left full, happy and feeling like we didn't just dine but had an amazing experience. As a plus, most of the waitresses are very easy on your eyes if you know what I mean. “SHAY did an amazing job serving dozens of guests at the bar- despite the fact that she had no help. She and the 2 table servers deserve a raise. Management/ owner needs to wake up and hire more help though, and pitch in themselves. The bathrooms need attention as well. The food was good but took a while to come out because of not sufficient staffing.“

“The Briarcliff location is always pleasant and clean. The music is varied but ALWAYS good and tasteful . As I usually do…I get the steak Baja at the various locations I visit around the city…this location’s steak was seasoned perfectly. “Today was our first time eating at Willie’s. We ate at the location on Woodward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was very good. We both got the taco salad with ground beef and it was just it was so good. It was so very good. We both got guacamole on top of our taco salad. I wish we had gotten a separate order of guacamole because it was good. It was all very good. The managers name was Charlie. He was just a very nice man, a good manager, the people that work there seem to be very happy with their jobs, which I believe is important to the success of the restaurant. We are about 40 miles from our home so I’m not sure we will ever make it back here, but I’m going to look for a closer location because the food is just that good.“

I prefer my tacos on a corn tortilla and maybe you can request it but I do like fish tacos on a flour tortilla which is why I chose to go with that one. The food was good. I would definitely go back. “Taxco is my goto restaurant when visiting Atlanta. Centrally located, easy access, and sufficient parking. Nice chips and salsa provided when perusing the menu. Our party selected 4 meals with tacos, burrito, (ground beef), chicken quesadilla, and chicken fajitas. All food was tasty and hot. Leftovers for the fajitas. Server was attentive and thorough, including refills. I will return for my next trip to Atlanta.“

“Taqueria del Sol leans more Tex-Mex than strictly traditional Mexican, but what keeps us coming back is how fresh everything tastes. It doesn’t feel like a chain at all—more like a place where the food is made daily with real ingredients and a lot of care.

We usually start with skinny margs while waiting in line (which is part of the experience). It’s surprisingly social—we’ve ended up chatting with people almost every time, and even made a few friends there.

Food-wise, we almost always kick things off with chips, fresca salsa, and queso. The guac is also really good. From there, we’ll either try the weekly special or go with a favorite: the Memphis taco. It typically comes with pork, but I always swap in roasted chicken—“Memphis, sub roasted chicken”—and it’s perfect with the jalapeño coleslaw and turnips.

A quick note: the slaw can be spicy—sometimes more than expected—but that’s part of the charm. You can tell it’s made fresh daily, so the flavors can vary a bit from visit to visit. Personally, I love that—it keeps things interesting while still being consistently delicious.

And we can’t forget the staff. Even if the food weren’t this good, we’d still come back every week for them alone. They’re fun, engaging, and part of what gives the place its unique, community feel.

“Went to the Emory Cox Food Hall, and tried Twisted Tacos for the first time. I ordered the BBQ chicken Nachos with a side of Fried Plantains. Very good, quick and friendly service and the food was really delicious and seasoned well. The plantain pieces were huge, well worth it.“

“The pastor taco was delicious. The rice is dry but still good. Be prepared to order in Spanish or just point at the menu board. The cashier didn't want to speak English. I speak enough Spanish to order and converse but if you know how to say onion in English, you know the basics. I prefer to speak English but if my client is speaking the most popular language in the world and here in Atlanta, I'm going to speak it. I learn Spanish just for the few that pretend to no habla me lingua, y los otros que no entender realamente.“

Their team is always friendly and they ensure our food and service are both excellent. The staff has very low turnover which is unusual for the restaurant business these days. The salsa Verde with the pico de gallo bust with flavor and the chips were just the right amount of toasty and salty.
