The Briarcliff location is always pleasant and clean. The music is varied but ALWAYS good and tasteful .
As I usually do…I get the steak Baja at the various locations I visit around the city…this location’s steak was seasoned perfectly.
I appreciate good food…at some restaurants I leave disappointed, feeling like I’ve wasted my money. Definitely not the case here…The steak was banging!!!
Not a fan of this location. It was not extremely clean during my last visit. The food quality has definitely declined

Willy's Mexicana Grill & Howlin' Willy's offers excellent food that is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and upbeat, showing a lot of pride in their job. Specific employees, including Dwayne, Ms. Monique, and Marcus, have gone above and beyond with explaining the process and options. Customers know their food will be made right when Ms. Monique is doing it. As a tip, customers should ask for items from both sides of the bar, as sometimes the quesadillas are thrown on the grill without asking. The restaurant is very clean. While there was a disastrous time in late 2024 with over an hour delay of food, the old staff was replaced, and the service in 2025 is much better. Customers will definitely be going back many more times and recommend to others.
