I tried the blue plate special for lunch , chicken cutlets in a tangy red sauce with shoestring onion fries and blue cheese grits, not exactly what you’d expect at this place but I must say it was pretty damn good, especially the grits , best I’ve ever tasted, I like the atmosphere too, lots of light and big solid tables that dont wobble , staff is on top things, all good
Over all it's a quick Tex-mex taco place that serves a few other dishes as well.
I ordered 2 Carnita tacos and Chicken taco.
The Chicken taco is essentially a chicken finger in a soft shell with Chipotle crema so nothing special but decent. The carnitas tacos were dry so not the best option.
Service was quick and orders were correct even with 7 of us from work.
All in all I'd go back if I the area but wouldn't go out of my way to find one.
