OMG I have a new favorite sandwich!!! They sold a cold ham and Swiss baguette and the barista was so nice and sweet she warmed it up for me. The most delicious breakfast sandwich ever!Such a nice and enjoyable dining experience. Thank you.

As often as I visit this location, the level of customer service doesn’t improve, they should know me by now. My Daughter worked at the Ravinia location for 4 years and they would’ve terminated her if she was as dry with those customers as these Baristas are with me, I didn’t even get so much as a thank you and I spent $36………I think Starbucks is a distant memory for a long time!!!
