This morning I ordered 5 complex drinks. Marcus did a wonderful job pushing them out. I did not have to wait at all and he was very friendly as he delivered them at the pick up counter.
Thank you, Asya, for making my birthday drink so special! Your service at Starbucks was amazing, and I truly had a wonderful experience. You made my day!”
Was a vibe for sure
Starbucks is a popular coffee shop frequented by the elite in the Buckhead area. The reviews highlight the exceptional service provided by the employee Raven, who is described as delightful, welcoming, and extremely polite. Raven is praised for consistently getting orders right and being happy to answer questions. Customers appreciate Raven's positive attitude, with one reviewer stating that she is the only reason they drive the extra miles to this Starbucks location. The location is also noted as a great spot for remote work and meetings, with many customers enjoying their coffee or matcha latte with chai. However, parking can be a challenge at peak times, and the drive-thru may experience long waits. One reviewer noted sitting for 10 minutes without moving. Occasionally, a homeless individual may be present, which can be a concern for some customers. Overall, the reviews suggest that Starbucks in Buckhead offers a high-quality experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the employee Raven.
