“I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

“Me and my bestie came to Larakin for wine and patio vibes on this good Wednesday afternoon, it was so cute and quaint. It’s an outdoor establishment. It has a cover but mostly tables and chairs with patio umbrellas. Right down the street from piedmont park. They have a decent selection of wine and they sell coffee beverages, as well as beer. We didn’t eat here this time but next time I definitely will, because they have seafood options. It’s a great place to do happy hour after work if you’re in the area. It’s also dog friendly, make sure your dog is on a leash. So I ordered the Lorenza (classic rosé ) it was very smooth. My best friend ordered the organic orange wine, she said the natural flavors were perfect nor too sweet. She loved it. The service was great and We will definitely be back to this neighborhood coffee shop!“

“I enjoyed the matcha here, and they had 3 vegan pastry options which was a nice surprise. The drink itself was smooth and well made, though I do wish it was a little sweeter. Overall, definitely a good option if you’re looking for a cozy coffee stop with plant-based choices. Updated from previous review on 2026-05-21“

“Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

“Schāf Shop Coffee in Midtown is truly a hidden gem and my first stop every morning. Their matcha is hands-down the best—perfectly balanced and always consistent. The atmosphere feels thoughtfully curated with unique details that make every visit special, and the team is incredibly welcoming. You’re always greeted with a smile and friendly energy that keeps you coming back. Plus, they’re dog-friendly and even have water and treats for your pups, which makes it even better. The owners also provide a FULL skateboard shop inside, as their other passion!“

“Bellwood Coffee feels like the upscale, grown-up cousin of Rev—chic, modern, and effortlessly welcoming. Just a hop from the clay banks of the Chattahoochee, it’s a true third space with subtle nautical charm: step inside and it feels like boarding a well-designed ship, setting out toward new ground where people, place, and presence quietly meet. The vibe is calm-bougie but warm—hints of jazz-lounge energy, comfort-food ease, and a room that invites you to linger long enough to find your next friend… or maybe more. It’s the “third-place living room” we all wish our community had: stylish, relaxed, and full of possibility. Only wish: More rooms to mix and mingle. When it’s busy, the couch fills up fast—which is also how you know you’ve found a good harbor.“

“I cannot rave enough about Cafe Bartique! I had a wonderful, warm, and cozy experience. I stopped in Friday to get some coffee and a bite to eat. I had the Caan vs Can and Crème of the Crop coffee drinks, both were delicious hot! I also ordered the Spelman Chick Sandwhich, tasty and delicious too. Thank you Cafe Bartique staff for the warm and vibrant experience!“

“Have not been in years but always remember those whole wheat chocolate chip cookies. Today brought my niece for our weekend outing. Very nice space. Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. Will come again but need to figure out timing so I’m not spending 10 minutes looking for parking lol!“

“Impressed as a first timer to Green Beans. I was met with warm greetings and given a hot Americano and their spinach/feta pastry. Both were solid choices and will likely come back for one of their sandwiches. Located on lovely street, very cute & peaceful inside. Recommend!“
“Haraz Coffee House is a beautifully designed cafe that brings a different style of coffee experience compared to the usual coffee shops around Atlanta. The space feels clean, modern, and welcoming, with a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to stay for a while whether you’re stopping by for a drink or meeting up with friends.
The drink menu is where Haraz really stands out, with specialty coffee, chai, and unique flavors inspired by Yemeni coffee culture. The Adeni Chai is one of the highlights, with a rich cardamom aroma and warm spices that make it feel comforting and distinct. The Haraz Latte and pistachio latte are also great choices if you want something more creative, while the coffee options with cardamom and spices add a different twist to a regular cup of coffee.
The pastries and desserts pair really well with the drinks, especially options like the pistachio croissant and Biscoff milk cake. The combination of flavorful drinks and baked goods makes it a nice place to slow down and enjoy the experience rather than just grab coffee quickly.
Overall, Haraz Coffee House is a great cafe to visit when you want something beyond standard coffee. The unique flavors, beautiful interior, and relaxed atmosphere make it a spot I’d come back to explore more of the menu.“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Crescent City Kitchen today and let me tell you, THE Voodoo Eggrolls were amazing, and so was the CinnaBon profile!!! MEME was my server and she was amazing !! Gave great recommendations and great customer service! I will definitely be back!“
“Raani has beautiful Indian-inspired aesthetics with soft jazz in the background, creating a cozy space to relax, study, or work.
We tried the Madras kaapi, cardamom and coriander bun, and spinach and paneer scone. The kaapi had a comforting homemade feel but was roasted a bit darker than the traditional Madras filter coffee you’d find in India. It was served in a paper cup—an eco-friendly choice, though a ceramic or stainless-steel cup for dine-in would make the experience feel more authentic. 3/5 for the kaapi.
The cardamom and coriander bun is popular for a reason—we were lucky to get the last one! It paired perfectly with the kaapi, just as the barista recommended, and I’d definitely order it again. The spinach and paneer scone was crisp, flavorful, and the seeds added a lovely earthy touch. 5/5 for both the bun and the scone.
One small suggestion: the open storage area feels slightly out of place compared to the modern seating area, and a simple partition could make the space feel even more cohesive“

“My favorite place ever. The vibes are wonderful always! During the day you can study, work or enjoy the weather outside and during the evening you can relax with a beer. Gigi and Connor are the best baristas and definitely hope Butler is cooking your breakfast. Would recommend!!!“
“Such good coffee! my boyfriend and i come here everytime we come to atlanta and i’ve tried so many places here and this one is the best! i’m a big specialty coffee drinker and i usually get a flat white and it is so fruity and flavorful. my boyfriend is the opposite and always gets something sweet and he loves his coffee too. the food is incredible as well. just keep in mind you’ll be sitting outside which is very cute but not a lot of seating when it gets busy. SO WORTH IT!!!“
“I love this place, all of the staff is so kind and attentive and the atmosphere is great. The coffee & food are top tier. Such a great community space and I love that you can feel the Recuerdos team strives to make it such a welcoming environment. We need more and more warm, friendly, amazing spaces like this.“

“I happened to find Jayida Ché while waiting to meet up with a friend. I got an iced Irie Punch dressed up by the tearista and I was immediately hooked. I haven’t been back to ATL to get any in person but I’ve ordered several hauls during quarantine and it’s been a perfect treat in a really tough time. Make sure to try the Masala Chai with Oat milk ❤️“

“If you are a person that likes to experience coffee in different ways I would recommend Coffee Was Black. This Caribbean coffee spot was nothing short of amazing while visiting Atlanta. I never thought I would ever fuse to of my favorite flavors together (ginger &coffee).. but my tastebuds were so satisfied when I took the first sip of “Most High”🥰. Because I enjoy trying different types of coffee I also had the platanos. I also bought beans to bring home. And I can’t forget about the curry chicken patties.“

“10/10. The drinks are great. WiFi is strong. The prices are way too low for the quality of service and food/drinks. The toast and jam was absolutely delightful, bread was thick and the jam was plentiful. The place is small but I'm very comfortable sitting here in the corner doing work and having a great time. Thanks for the awesome food/drinks! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area trying to get some work done or socialize. It's nice and quiet and has an outside patio area.“

“On a mission to have breakfast today, without waiting in a long line, I stumbled on a jewel in the former location of soul food restaurants, Deacon Burton’s/Son’s Place in Inman Park. The Breakfast Burrito, Salmon on Toast, champagne, etc., were delicious and Complimentary!! Unbeknown to us, restaurant was having a “private intro” to the community and a staff training event. Melanie (Owner/Host) welcomed us in like we were family. Her husband Micheal was so excited to hear about my many visits to Deacon Burton’s. Can’t wait to go back. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
