“5 stars for the whole crew, but Chen & Kamaria specifically were so pleasant on the morning of 9 June 26. I've only been here once before but these 2 ladies made my visit memorable! In addition to that, they have an awesome selection of teas, in varieties that you won't find in other places. I'll definitely be coming back here because I feel like I'll have a consistently good experience and some good tea to start my morning!! Thank you ladies!!“

“I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

“Me and my bestie came to Larakin for wine and patio vibes on this good Wednesday afternoon, it was so cute and quaint. It’s an outdoor establishment. It has a cover but mostly tables and chairs with patio umbrellas. Right down the street from piedmont park. They have a decent selection of wine and they sell coffee beverages, as well as beer. We didn’t eat here this time but next time I definitely will, because they have seafood options. It’s a great place to do happy hour after work if you’re in the area. It’s also dog friendly, make sure your dog is on a leash.So I ordered the Lorenza (classic rosé ) it was very smooth. My best friend ordered the organic orange wine, she said the natural flavors were perfect nor too sweet. She loved it. The service was great and We will definitely be back to this neighborhood coffee shop!“

“Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

I had the Caan vs Can and Crème of the Crop coffee drinks, both were delicious hot! I also ordered the Spelman Chick Sandwhich, tasty and delicious too. “My favorite place ever. The vibes are wonderful always! During the day you can study, work or enjoy the weather outside and during the evening you can relax with a beer. Gigi and Connor are the best baristas and definitely hope Butler is cooking your breakfast. Would recommend!!!“

“I love Green Beans. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to get to know their customers. From the coffee and chai to the pastries and specials, everything is consistently delicious.

They have a walk-up window that’s perfect if you’re out with your dog — and they even keep dog treats on hand, which my pup now expects on our morning walks. They’re also great with kids and always happy to help our 6-year-old find something new to try.

It’s a wonderful place to grab something to go, sit outside and people-watch, catch up with a friend, or get a few hours of work done. During the day it’s full of remote workers without feeling crowded — just the right amount of energy.

“Everything here is outstanding. It is not a cozy place to sit and chat, so I would recommend bringing your own mug (ideally) and walking about Virginia Highlands. The location is fantastic outside of rush hour. It's a shame there is no car-free street here.
All in all - 100% worth a detour.“

I haven’t been back to ATL to get any in person but I’ve ordered several hauls during quarantine and it’s been a perfect treat in a really tough time. “Came here to work for a bit and liked it! I parked in the garage and they validate for 2 hours. It’s cute and cozy inside lots of seating, tables, and outlets. Staff was quick with drinks and the chai latte was good. I also got a warmed croissant. Overall I would definitely come back. There’s outdoor seating as well for a nice day.“

“On a mission to have breakfast today, without waiting in a long line, I stumbled on a jewel in the former location of soul food restaurants, Deacon Burton’s/Son’s Place in Inman Park. The Breakfast Burrito, Salmon on Toast, champagne, etc., were delicious and Complimentary!! Unbeknown to us, restaurant was having a “private intro” to the community and a staff training event. Melanie (Owner/Host) welcomed us in like we were family. Her husband Micheal was so excited to hear about my many visits to Deacon Burton’s. Can’t wait to go back. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

The employee said “I’m gonna make it now” - after 15 minutes passed. The food arrived maybe 25 minutes later after we ordered.“

Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. “I found this place after a long night of travel delays & cancellations, and it was everything I needed. I ordered a mocha latte and chocolate croissant and they were both so good. Enjoyed them at an outdoor table and it was perfection. The staff was very kind, and the chicken salad sandwich I bought for later was very tasty as well. Highly recommend.“

“If you are a person that likes to experience coffee in different ways I would recommend Coffee Was Black. This Caribbean coffee spot was nothing short of amazing while visiting Atlanta. I never thought I would ever fuse to of my favorite flavors together (ginger &coffee).. but my tastebuds were so satisfied when I took the first sip of “Most High”🥰. Because I enjoy trying different types of coffee I also had the platanos. I also bought beans to bring home. And I can’t forget about the curry chicken patties.“

“Black Sugar Latte. All I need to say. Definitely one of my top 3 most favorite coffees! Rich, thick, flavorful, and unique. Damn good! Their bagels and salmon toast are amazing. Perfect quick lunch spot, but can be loud. Vinings location is a win for their greenhouse decor and it looks amazing! Parking can be a bear and tricky during peek hours so have patience. This location is BUSY BUSY BUSY! For how busy and high maintenance people can get with their orders, this team handles all of it well with patience and grace. Just give them the same courtesy! Hopefully they open more locations!“
