“I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. “Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

“Schaff Shop has truly become my home away from home. The atmosphere is so comforting—the vibe is inviting and fun, but it’s also somehow the perfect relaxing place to settle in and get work done. The staff are warm, friendly, funny, and genuinely make it such a great place to spend time. And I’ve loved every drink I’ve tried!

My favorite part, though, is that I can bring my dog Benny with me. Being able to have him sitting inside with me while I work makes this place extra special. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels this welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely like a little community. I absolutely love it here.“

“The madras Kapi latte was really good and so is the kapi cake. I feel like the furniture setup is a little weird (height etc not comfortable enough for adults and the front feels kinda empty) and the music wasn’t super relaxing. But overall a great place to read a book and I like the seats on the floor“

“I cannot rave enough about Cafe Bartique! I had a wonderful, warm, and cozy experience. I stopped in Friday to get some coffee and a bite to eat. I had the Caan vs Can and Crème of the Crop coffee drinks, both were delicious hot! I also ordered the Spelman Chick Sandwhich, tasty and delicious too. “Ordered here two days in a row while visiting with a friend in Atlanta. The food was good, arrived quickly and was not cold. On the second day, today, I ordered three omelettes, along with other items. One of the omelettes ordered, called for mushrooms, the other two did not. The second two were supposed to be identical. For some reason, mushrooms were added to one of the other orders. However, I did not order mushrooms because I am allergic to them. Unfortunately, I tried to call three times, but only got a message stating “we’re not available now, please call again!” Other than this mishap, which could have been really bad had I not noticed the mushrooms and consumed them, everything else was good.“

I frequent both Cafe Comma locations quite often, and every time I come into this store the baristas are so friendly and accommodating. My drink is the same every time no matter who makes it, and always delicious 😋. The atmosphere here is perfect to study and so beautifully curated, and I am so excited to try their new seasonal drinks. Not only is the selection of drinks delicious, but so is their toast menu. My personal favorites are the Bacon Cheese Bagel and Egg & Garlic. Definitely recommend trying!“

“Absolutely excellent and hidden gem coffee shop. I live in Buckhead but was in the area. As many have already mentioned, plantain latte is tea chefs kiss. I normally don't get sugar in my coffee so I got half sweet and it was perfect. Jamaican beef patty exceeded expectations...never knew they could taste that good. Staff and owner were a highlight...super friendly and helpful. They also have good swag, owner is a designer which makes this business even more special! Definitely check out if you want to experience coffee in a new & creative way and to support a small local biz!“
