“Didn’t catch a name but the girl in the drive thru today was so friendly which in recent times is a breath of fresh air. Most of the time I pick up fast food in the Ellenwood area on my lunch break and people barely respond to you when speaking. My bag had all my food, napkins, and ketchup without me requesting. “I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

“We stopped here on a road trip through Atlanta. I eat gluten free, and it can be very hard to find good gluten free options on a road trip. Not only did Ollie’s have delicious sandwich options, then had gluten free bread! I had the curry chickpea sandwich and it was delicious. We all tried some of the local sodas too. Highly recommend!“

“Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

“I love this place. Living in Inman park, you’ve gotta go back into the surrounding neighborhoods to find anything eclectic and vibey. Awesome, women-led staff who know how to brew some dang good coffee and cook up dang good food. Dog-friendly, which I absolutely love. They’ve made a regular outta me.“

“I love Green Beans. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to get to know their customers. From the coffee and chai to the pastries and specials, everything is consistently delicious.

They have a walk-up window that’s perfect if you’re out with your dog — and they even keep dog treats on hand, which my pup now expects on our morning walks. They’re also great with kids and always happy to help our 6-year-old find something new to try.

It’s a wonderful place to grab something to go, sit outside and people-watch, catch up with a friend, or get a few hours of work done. During the day it’s full of remote workers without feeling crowded — just the right amount of energy.

“I happened to find Jayida Ché while waiting to meet up with a friend. I got an iced Irie Punch dressed up by the tearista and I was immediately hooked. I haven’t been back to ATL to get any in person but I’ve ordered several hauls during quarantine and it’s been a perfect treat in a really tough time. Make sure to try the Masala Chai with Oat milk ❤️“

“Nice coffee shop. A little pricey. The service is just fine. We waited for our coffees about 15 minutes. They missed the order or something, I had to go to them and ask where’s the coffee. The employee said “I’m gonna make it now” - after 15 minutes passed. The food arrived maybe 25 minutes later after we ordered.“

“Have not been in years but always remember those whole wheat chocolate chip cookies. Today brought my niece for our weekend outing. Very nice space. Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. Will come again but need to figure out timing so I’m not spending 10 minutes looking for parking lol!“

“This is great neighborhood addition. Everything in the store is made or created by a woman or minority. Co-Owner and jewelry maker Courtney has a gem on her hand. It is dog friendly and sells treats. The shopping has everything from jewelry to pottery to shirts and mugs. I had the iced Latte and a sweet potato muffin from Sweet Auburn Bakery. A must try excellent service and great company. I will be back!“

I’m not even exaggerating—these doughnuts are on another level. Soft, fresh, perfectly sweet, and somehow they manage to taste even better with every bite. I’ve introduced so many people to this shop, and every single one of them has become a fan for life.

Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, they never disappoint. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and go. Just be prepared to crave them constantly afterward!“

“Wow. The level of care and dedication from this establishment is most definitely a reflection of the management. Shatita is probably the best manager I’ve ever encountered.

I wasn’t going to come here because I wanted a drink I knew I was going to enjoy for the price I was going to pay. But someone’s comment from 8 months ago persuaded me.

I ask A LOT of questions and I know that not everyone has the patience or bandwidth to assist me. Shatita was helpful, HONEST, and caring. I got a bacon and egg muffin with a caramel latte and extra shot of espresso. It was perfection. (Literally scoffed down my sandwich so I don’t have a pic, but it was even buttered!)

I’ve been at Tim Horton for a couple of hours doing work now and she has constantly checked up on me and my partner and has been pleasant. I feel like I’m at home - that’s never happened to me at a place like this. I’m glad I came.“

“I stopped here for a quick bite, all I had was the Lox dill and cream cheese. It was Phenomenal! The flavors all pair very well together, the dill is fresh and i love that. I actually went back the next day and got another one! i have only been here twice and had ONE item! I will definitely be trying out the other menu items and updating this review.“
