“I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and the egg white were not fully cooked. I did not go back to the cashier because the public says, if you complain about your food, the restaurant will do something to you food. Why do customers have to tell cashier 3 or more times what the want and the order is still wrong. McDonald’s is definitely not a customer service restaurant. The employees could care a hill of beans about the customers. Me personally, I think McDonald’s need to close their doors. Customer no service.“

“Matthew was at the window and he was a very pleasant young man. He was polite and he greeted us upon arriving at the window. Didn’t know what to expect because initially we weren’t greeted and it took a while to be acknowledged at the speaker. He made the inconveniences worth it. He also made sure we had all we needed and what all we ordered. I love to see young ppl with positive attitudes. Customer service is a big deal to some. Keep it in young fella ❤“

“I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

“Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

I haven’t been back to ATL to get any in person but I’ve ordered several hauls during quarantine and it’s been a perfect treat in a really tough time. “The madras Kapi latte was really good and so is the kapi cake. I feel like the furniture setup is a little weird (height etc not comfortable enough for adults and the front feels kinda empty) and the music wasn’t super relaxing. But overall a great place to read a book and I like the seats on the floor“

“Around 9:15am there were only two customers ahead of me and the line moved quickly. As soon as you walk in, the menu is on the wall to the right. There are several tables to sit at inside, a bar area, and seats at both the front and back of the building. There are so many cool items to look at inside, and it really transports you to a different place. You can tell each item was intentionally selected! I went for coffee but just know that food service starts at 11am.

Service was friendly and the environment was inviting. Definitely the kind of place where you wouldn't mind staying awhile to enjoy your coffee.

This was my 8th stop on the coffee crawl. I had an iced brown sugar latte with oat milk for $6.20 (there was an extra $0.90 charge for the oat milk). The coffee was good but it just didn't have that strong brown sugar taste I was looking forward to. Still, I enjoyed the flavor of the coffee and wouldn't mind returning to try a different syrup flavor. I would also love to come back in the evening to enjoy their live music and Brazilian bites!

If you go on a Sunday you can check out the Grant Park Farmers Market right across the street, which opens at 9am. Parking is free in the lot and there were plenty of spots when I arrived at 9:15, plus you can also find free street parking.“

It is dog friendly and sells treats. The shopping has everything from jewelry to pottery to shirts and mugs. I had the iced Latte and a sweet potato muffin from Sweet Auburn Bakery. A must try excellent service and great company. I will be back!“
