“I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and the egg white were not fully cooked. I did not go back to the cashier because the public says, if you complain about your food, the restaurant will do something to you food. Why do customers have to tell cashier 3 or more times what the want and the order is still wrong. McDonald’s is definitely not a customer service restaurant. The employees could care a hill of beans about the customers. Me personally, I think McDonald’s need to close their doors. Customer no service.“

“Didn’t catch a name but the girl in the drive thru today was so friendly which in recent times is a breath of fresh air. Most of the time I pick up fast food in the Ellenwood area on my lunch break and people barely respond to you when speaking. My bag had all my food, napkins, and ketchup without me requesting. Thank you Miss Lady your kindness made my day keep it up“

“Absolutely great customer service and excellent food and coffee! Came after the Taylor Swift Concert and the place was hoppin’! The staff were all awesome and friendly even with how busy they were. The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

“I love this place. Living in Inman park, you’ve gotta go back into the surrounding neighborhoods to find anything eclectic and vibey. Awesome, women-led staff who know how to brew some dang good coffee and cook up dang good food. Dog-friendly, which I absolutely love. They’ve made a regular outta me.“

“I love Green Beans. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to get to know their customers. From the coffee and chai to the pastries and specials, everything is consistently delicious.

They have a walk-up window that’s perfect if you’re out with your dog — and they even keep dog treats on hand, which my pup now expects on our morning walks. They’re also great with kids and always happy to help our 6-year-old find something new to try.

It’s a wonderful place to grab something to go, sit outside and people-watch, catch up with a friend, or get a few hours of work done. During the day it’s full of remote workers without feeling crowded — just the right amount of energy.

I haven’t been back to ATL to get any in person but I’ve ordered several hauls during quarantine and it’s been a perfect treat in a really tough time. “Nice coffee shop. A little pricey. The service is just fine. We waited for our coffees about 15 minutes. They missed the order or something, I had to go to them and ask where’s the coffee. The employee said “I’m gonna make it now” - after 15 minutes passed. The food arrived maybe 25 minutes later after we ordered.“

Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. “I typically order PERC coffee online, I live in WV. I was in town this weekend, and decided to visit. It was busy, but not too bad. Barista Gwen helped me find a bag of beans to take home, and I got a manual brew which was delicious. I ended up ordering another coffee online my way out. It was a great experience, and I’m glad I finally got to visit a shop!“

“This is great neighborhood addition. Everything in the store is made or created by a woman or minority. Co-Owner and jewelry maker Courtney has a gem on her hand. It is dog friendly and sells treats. The shopping has everything from jewelry to pottery to shirts and mugs. I had the iced Latte and a sweet potato muffin from Sweet Auburn Bakery. A must try excellent service and great company. I will be back!“

“Wow. The level of care and dedication from this establishment is most definitely a reflection of the management. Shatita is probably the best manager I’ve ever encountered.

I wasn’t going to come here because I wanted a drink I knew I was going to enjoy for the price I was going to pay. But someone’s comment from 8 months ago persuaded me.

I ask A LOT of questions and I know that not everyone has the patience or bandwidth to assist me. Shatita was helpful, HONEST, and caring. I got a bacon and egg muffin with a caramel latte and extra shot of espresso. It was perfection. (Literally scoffed down my sandwich so I don’t have a pic, but it was even buttered!)

I’ve been at Tim Horton for a couple of hours doing work now and she has constantly checked up on me and my partner and has been pleasant. I feel like I’m at home - that’s never happened to me at a place like this. I’m glad I came.“

“This is an efficient and convenient place on campus to grab coffee in lower Manley Student Center. I went here on a Wednesday around 10am and had little to no wait. The line seems to be long earlier around 9am.

They have friendly service and diverse menu items. I ordered a tall pistachio cream cold brew plus an egg, mozzarella and pesto breakfast sandwich. They were both delicious and prepared well.

I really appreciate how they enthusiastically shout your name when your order is ready. The staff create a welcoming and pleasant environment. They truly seem happy to serve with accuracy and efficiency.“
