“I love Jersey Mike’s. I’m not thrilled with some of the limited options, especially the lack of spinach, but it still beats waiting 30 to 45 minutes in a Publix line.

I’ve definitely had a few one star experiences at this location, bad enough that I’ve taken a break from coming back. That said, all in all, this location is pretty good. One person who consistently stands out is Beth. I really appreciate the way she handcrafts a sandwich from start to finish. From slicing the meat to layering the toppings, she understands the art of making a great sandwich. Her attention to detail makes a difference, and you can tell she takes pride in what she’s doing.

When Beth makes my sandwich, I’m genuinely excited to eat it!

“I am extremely impressed with the service I received today. I ordered online but I was inside the store and they were busy with walk in orders. I watched the two workers as they made sandwiches and cashed out customers. Vakeya and I hope I'm spelling her name right because she is well knowledgeable about food safety, cleanliness and handling. I say that because she frequently washed her hands even before putting on gloves. Being in the health care field I love that and Im glad Vakeya take food safety seriously. I hope this reach management and they give her a raise or promote her and give her a raise because the other staff should learn from her. They shouldn't be going from dealing with money to making your sandwich without washing their hands with gloves or not hands are to be washed and Vakeya do it and with a smile.
