“I recently tried the Deep Sea Double® Combo at Checkers, and overall, it was a satisfying fast-food experience.

The Sandwich:
The Deep Sea Double® features two crispy fish fillets, topped with American cheese, lettuce, and tartar sauce, all nestled in a sesame seed bun. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a decent flavor that was enhanced by the creamy tartar sauce. The lettuce added a nice crunch, while the cheese gave it a bit of a creamy texture.

Fries:
The fries were a classic Checkers experience—crispy, well-seasoned, and delicious. They had that perfect balance of crunch on the outside and softness on the inside, making them a great complement to the sandwich.

Coke:
The large Coke was just what you’d expect—refreshing and with the right amount of fizz. It was a nice way to wash down the meal“

“The food is amazing. Everything I've tried is excellent, but you have to get the quesabirrias. The consome that goes with it is to die for. Very friendly owners and quick service. And all the sides you would want radishes, cucumbers, limes and three types of salsa for your liking. Like some other reviews say the quesabirrias are a little greasy, but it is well worth the sacrifice for the outstanding flavor. ?“

“This was my first time at the establishment. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with vegetables, Buffalo wings, and a Philly sandwich. For the most part, the food was ok. The teriyaki chicken needed extra sauce, but it was still fairly good. They fried the wings before applying sauce, and I didn't like the breading. Overall, I will probably give them another try in the future.“

“The staff were so nice to each guest. The manager on shift made sure each person got fresh fries. Everyone was nice nice to my son, they were all waving hi and willing to take time to have a conversation with him (he's only 2). They were all so sweet. I wish I had gotten their names, but my visit was on 5/12 around 8-9 PM.“

Food was hot and made to order, but everything is fried!My only disappointment was getting home, and they forgot to put Cole Slaw in all 3 orders, so Don had to drive back!Check your food thoroughly before you leave because they allow you to see it. “So I got deluxe with the fish, shrimp and Crab cakes. I got my husband the grilled Tilapia... We had loaded baked potatoes, okra and green beans. My husband said all was absolutely delicious. I agreed. He said it tasted like a upscale restaurant. Who ever was in that kitchen on Friday around 3:30 December 8th put love in preparation of the food. Thank you so much for a great meal.“
