Great chick Fila. Employees very nice!
I grew up on the south side of town. Graduated from Morrow high School and when I'm in that Forest Park area Chick-fil-A is my go-to. Never disappointed.
Good services from beginning to end

Chick-fil-A at the Forest Park location has been experiencing slower service, missing items in orders, and staff not paying attention to customers waiting in line. Despite these issues, the food quality was okay. The location is convenient, but recent experiences have shown a decline in service quality, with mistakes in orders requiring return trips. However, customers have noted that staff members are helpful, fast, and attentive when they do receive good service. Employees like Nancy are praised for giving great service, and the restaurant maintains a clean environment, especially the restrooms. When mistakes are made, staff are willing to make things right, which customers appreciate. Overall, the restaurant has potential for improvement as staff work to address service issues and attention to detail.
