They are not like the chick fil a in Stockbridge. They told me I couldn’t order grits unless I dine in. One day I tried to order a salad for my lunch in the morning and they said they couldn’t do that. So for now on I’ll just continue to go to the Stockbridge location because I never have a problem with them. Letting me order things to go especially ordering grits to go.

Great location, but the serviceable quality has declined lately. Missing items and wrong presets for salads caused a return trip. Hoping they can fix the issues as they revolve around attention to detail.

Wait time for mobile orders are ridiculous:Simple solution- ACKNOWLEDGE PPL WHEN YOU PASS BY THEM BEHIND THE COUNTER.Greet, Inquire & Help.Best help: "How may I help you?". Don't know how long they been here: " Have you been help sir or maam?Average 3 uniformed employees and managers pass by the counter & don't acknowledge ppl by greeting with inquried or statements if helping them NOT TO WAIT AND STAND AT THE COUNTER W/NOOOOOOO HELP AT.....ALLL.Then the smiling....Don't want to work with smiles on your face for at least 75% of the time you are in view.... seen....visible to customers or carriers, QUIT.Many ppl want jobs that will do it %80 of the time when they see customers or IN VIEW AND VISIBLE TO CUSTOMERS..Summary GREET EVERYONE outside of (yelling) " Welcome to Chick-fil-A fil" with acknowledgement... Or Yeah a Smile that YOU WANT TO BE THERE.Was waiting so long I had a whole conversation with another customer who got mac- chz instead of soup.How they got those 2 things mixed up ( between preparer & person handing it off since they not the same ppl) ....That system outside don't seem.to WORK on the inside. Does it huh?
