KFC offers great customer service with a positive attitude. The staff is awesome, and the restaurant has a clean environment. The new wraps may not be the best choice as they were dry and overcooked, but the pot pies are a favorite among customers. However, there have been instances where the pot pies had very little chicken and were mostly filled with carrots. Despite this, the restaurant has received feedback and even compensated a disappointed customer with a voucher. The 2-piece dark fill-up boxes are highly recommended, with great chicken, fresh cole slaw, a biscuit, and sweet tea. The parking is convenient in the large shopping center where the restaurant is located.
