“This place is a true gem especially if you like wings. When I went out didn't take me long at all to get my food. The wings were so crunchy and delicious, couldn't get enough of it. Mac and cheese was delicious as well.... Wish the Mac and cheese portion was a little bigger that's my only tiny complaint also wish it was open more often. Other than that I'd spend a good deal of my little money here.“

“The experience was more than I expected. My daughter whose in the Navy and stationed oversees came to visit but was leaving on Saturday so I wanted to spend a Friday night with her before she left. Well I was very pleased with the food and the atmosphere. Initially when we arrived I was ready to go to another spot due to it was dead but little did I know we were early. “This is what waffle house is SUPPOSED to be! Happy friendly staff (they were singing the jukebox the whole time haha) shout out to Selecia, for introducing me to Waffle House sauce and being so friendly! Great food that was fast! Awesome vibes. Also small detail that I appreciated, they served my scrambled eggs marbled, even though I didn't ask. That's my favorite way to have scrambled eggs and I've never been to a restaurant that default scrambles like that. So shout-out to whoever made the eggs! 🍳“

“I love this little "mom & pop" type of spot where the food is delicious & made fresh, not a typical fast food place.Yes, the location I went to was located inside a very small gas station but the lady was very nice & the food was hot.I've only eaten there a handful of times, but the food is always very delicious & very filling.Even their dipping sauces are ?‍????I will keep eating at their locations in the future.Definitely recommend“

“I absolutely love this restaurant! Anytime I am in Atlanta and jave enough time, I stop and get their Shrimp & Grits. Winsome is a great Hostess and JaNelle was so sweet.“

“Dissapointed in Big Kahuna dog. No creole mustard, no pickled onions, the "housemade slaw" was shredded cabbage, the cherry pepper relish was pickle relish out of a jar. When I mentioned it to the girl at the counter after I received it , she said we are out of most of the ingredients on the menu and they stopped putting creole mustard on it because people said it was too spicy. Lol. Total lack of communication between the kitchen and the counter staff. We all have to 86/sub items, But you should tell the customer what he's getting so his expectations are not dashed. I know it's just a hot dog and I ate it because I was hungry and the actual hot dog was good, but they didn't get anything close to what it should have been.“

“We were originally headed to another restaurant but decided to stop here instead—and we’re so glad we did! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The young man who took care of us did an amazing job and made the experience even better.“

“Good food, creative cocktails, and excellent service. Banshee was a great dinner, it is a smaller space which i prefer to the more sprawling restaurants like optimist or two urban licks. The vibe is personal and it doesn't feel like you are on restaurant rails like with some of the bigger spots.

Food was excellent, the fry bread is fun and we had a tomato appetizer that was spectacular. Had the fish and a corn pasta dish for the mains which were also delicious.

The cocktails were creative and I enjoyed them, but my wife said they were a little lackluster, so make of that what you will. They have a full bar and their bartenders seemed knowledgeable.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.“

“Went here for dinner. Everything we ate was so tasty (fried shrimp, trout, catch of the day, lamb burger). Except for the sweet breads which we didn't care for, but they took them off the bill which was considerate. The regular, more reasonably priced cocktails are excellent. The more premium cocktails are just straight booze though, not recommended, were too strong with no flavor or balance. But the standard cocktails were so refreshing.“

“Really great option on this side of town. The server was very sweet, she moved just a little too slow which is my only complaint. The food is great, the boom boom shrimp was really good and burger. But I wasn't that big of a fan of my bulgogi bowl. The server was honest that some people don't like it. I added a picture of it. It was pretty. “I would highly recommend BoccaLupo. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the drinks, appetizers, entrees, veggies, and desserts. Very different drink and food menu adds to this top notch restaurant. All servers are very knowledgeable in the menu and daily taste specials. Also, they make excellent recommendations if u ask. The first impression was like stepping into a gas station kitchen. We ordered the half bird all black, which includes thighs and legs, with a medium spice level. To complement the chicken, we also got coleslaw as a side.

The service was prompt, and we received our order in no time. The chicken was simply incredible. The spice blend was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. The skin was crispy and golden brown, while the meat inside was juicy, fresh, and tender. It was one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had in recent memory.

Every bite was a delightful combination of the spicy, crispy skin and the juicy, tender meat. The flavor was well-rounded, and I never felt any spice overpowering the taste. The medium spice level was just right for me, not too spicy or too mild.

“This is the best bar on the southside. Manny is the best bartender in my opinion. He always acknowledges you when you come in and makes sure you have a good time. Nick and a few other staff also are good about stepping in to help out it make's your experience great. This bar gives you that home away from home vibe most of us in our 30s look for.“
