“I have probably been here 10 times...and counting. It is very nice! Friendly staff. Strong drinks & good food. My favorites are the Blueberry Henny & Hennyrita (I guess they should be strong ??). Awesome pork chops, steak nachos, fried grouper & salmon. I love the bands on Friday. Karaoke and Taco Tuesday was really fun & entertaining last night. The crowd was really into it. Even the DJ sounded pretty good when he sang a couple of songs.“
“Love the name! Food was awesome. I had the catfish, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and not too salty. Fish was very fresh. Grits were from scratch not instant. Didn’t even need butter for the biscuit. Took home the sweet potato and pecan pie both homemade and slices of heaven. Staff appeared to be family and were all very sweet. “My son loves the honey lemon pepper wings and usually gets them as a treat since their prices increased because of the pandemic. I was sad to see the fish and burger items disappear from the menu. I’m a fry lover and unlike most places that load you up with fries, they give you a small serving.“
“This is truly a locals bar. Every time we come, it’s always nice to see so many familiar faces. Service is great, kitchen stays open later than most places near by and the food never disappoints. “I went through the drive through and it was fairly quick. Let me just say, this is some of the best JJ's I've had. I had always heard about JJ's and when I got it before, i thought it was overhyped. When I got it yesterday, it was definitely worth the hype everyone gives it. I got a four piece whole wing combo that came with fries and coleslaw and two pieces of bread for $6.99!! You can't beat that. The sprinkle they put on your food is superb! I would suggest to eat it fresh. It's the best. The service was nice and simple. The guy in the drive thru was quick and was nice.“

“I've wanted to go to this place for a couple years now, but I never got the chance to until today. However, I was slightly disappointed. The food was good, but not as good as other, more dedicated Jamaican restaurants (The Dutch Pot is Caribbean/American fusion) in this area. Not the best Caribbean place in the area, but still good. However, if you want really good Jamaican food, I more highly recommend "My Youth" in Rex.“
“This place has become well known for having the best burgers around. Everything is cooked to order. It does take awhile to get your food, but I assure you it is worth it. The fries are great. The burgers are great. The people working there are great. Need I say more?“
