In the past I had problems with an order and the manager, Shannon, who is always so helpful, made sure everything was corrected and satisfactory. She is always smiling, and this is her disposition each time I see her. On my last visit, I locked my keys in the car. We did not ask for help, but the owner Mr. Atik, Shannon, and other staff took turns coming out to check on us, laugh with us and assist in helping us. Eventually we got in the car. We are so thankful you took the time out of your day to help with our crazy situation. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and good food at great prices. “The food is great but as of late the service is terrible, my past two visits I have called ahead after leaving work in Atlanta, only to be placed on hold for the entire duration of my drive. It has been the same person both times and once confronted about it they showed little to no care for my time or their lack of professionalism. I do not want to leave the persons name because I’d hate to be singled out on this platform but I need to bring this to the attention of someone because this should not be happening. The food is great but if this happens again I’m sure I can find great wings elsewhere. Thank you.“
