The restaurant itself is gloomy but nice and quiet it could be a little more well lit and possibly a little more cleaner. The serving line could be better I will say kudos for them for keeping the food coming out however it seems like they run out of stuff and then certain items are not replenished for the rest of the day example dressing. Trays had water and food on them, no one bothered to wipe them off, and the cups were nasty ?!!!!! Piccadilly needs to REMODEL the inside. We went on a Sunday when people were getting out of church, it was super busy that day ??

Food quality and replenishment has improved with the new manager. The previous manager would openly eat by the kitchen door or be comfortably seated in the dinning room. The staff friendliness has also improved. Lastly it’s in need of remodeling.
