“This ihop location is my go to. Not only because of convenience with the location but the service I receive. Today my server was Natacha, and she was amazing. Very attentive and tended to my needs without being over bearing. She was amazing.“

“I took my 4 year old granddaughter with me she was so happy to get the fun kids menu with the crayons. Looking over the menu for her was a breeze mac and cheese with apple juice. Who said being an adult was easy was not here ordering food I wanted to get a few things on the menu really I did. Ok so when I got there, we were given a seat immediately after I ordered the steak and mash potatoes 🥔,the wings with garlic sauce and we both agreed on the molten chocolate cake with ice cream. I had water and she had apple juice The server had to leave the did pass me own to another wonderfull person, the bathroom was ver clean and the overall place is really cool with good vibes music. I would highly recommend this place even if am in the area and hungry I would pass by here again. Also I must mention I like my steak WELL DONE and and slightly burn and they did a wonderful job for me. Only thing I wish it was bigger and 2 or 3 scoops of mash potatoes instead of a tiny scoop.“

He immediately apologized and stated that since I was already at work, that he would like to care of me with my dinner if I didn't mind stopping by after work. I really appreciated the offer. So, I replied that I was grateful and would be there. Thank you for the wonderful customer service Dee!“

“Went thru drive thru and Xavier took care of me quick and even tried to upsell me.. loved the service and loved how quick he did my order. You the man Xavier!! Will only be back if he’s working that man needs a raise asap. Sorry photo was of me eating it quick cause it’s so good lol“

“We had double cheeseburgers with the cheese curds. They were all delicious. Plenty of marinara sauce for the curds. Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard that was awesome. We went inside and it was clean and we had time to wait on everything. It was a large order. I will definitely come again. The only reason I hesitated to give a five (even though I did) was because the parking lot has major potholes, which doesn’t have to do with the food, cleanliness, or service.

Parking: Limited parking and in the same building with a Subway. Potholes throughout.“

“i usually have no problems what si ever here. i stop by on ny way to work quite often and have never had ti check my bag to see if u have my order right. but today i probably should have. have tried calling but no one answers tge phone and cant leave a voucemail cause its full. But where is my apple pie?? not in ny bag. smh“

“Usually go to the Hudson bridge location so stopped by here to try it out bc it was closer and I’d say it’s just about the same food wise. It’s a bit smaller than the other location so just about only do takeout from here. I like that the two are owned by the same owner and a small family business.“
