“I love the food but the customer service from some of the staff isn’t good. Playing explicit music while customers are in the restaurant, talking on the phone or listening to music with both air pods in while a customer is trying to fix a problem or ask a question or making an order and the customer has to repeat the order or texting while taking an order. If you don’t know how to talk while chewing gum You need to take it out until you are finished with the customer. Using inappropriate language with their coworkers or friends while customers are in the restaurant. And never can reach a manager when a problem develops.“

“This place as usual was very good I was originally going to go through the drive-thru but because of the line I decided to dine in. Let's just say that was a good decision upon walking in the door we were greeted by very attentive courteous clerks who made us feel welcome, can't always find that in fast food. After digging thru the menu and finding everything my crew wanted I was surprised to have a total that was way less than what I planned on. “Great appreciate the superb customer service I received at this location. I am a picky about my salad preparation. Kimora did a wonderful job. She did it with much pleasantry. The manager, Danielle, graciously assisted in ensuring that I felt like a valued customer. The cashier, Akina, was a delight as she was patient and pleasant as I got a family member's order over the phone. “Took the girls to play. They LOVE it!! Store was out of Co² and tea, understaffed, rude. Music station was awful!! Not family friendly or toddler appropriate. Ask food was cold when we finally got it. If it was not for the cool playplaces we would never go back.
