Burger Restaurants near Locust Grove

“I love the food at Steak ‘n Shake but fail to understand why they always have a run down feeling. I don’t know why, but my last 3 visits to 3 different Steak ‘n Shakes have been equal. The food is good, the service is so so, and the place needs a good deep cleaning. Corporate needs to help face lift these places to compete. When I visited it was just me and one other guest.“

“We went through the drive through and the young lady at the window was so fantastic. We parked to come inside for a bathroom break and everything was so clean and orderly. The staff inside were friendly and just as fantastic. Great customer service. I just wish I would have gotten their names to recognize them directly.“

“The manager on duty around 10:30 a.m. this morning personally helped me with my order. I don't know if I've ever had the pleasure of seeing such true dedication in someone doing there job. I used to eat out all the time in the past but rarely do now for various reasons but today was a rare occasion that I chose to do so. The whole experience seemed to make the sandwich more enjoyable and I would think that's what its all about anyway. I wish somehow upper management or corporate could let this lady be involved with input on understanding what it takes to make an individual appreciate spending their money and feeling totally satisfied.“

“I came in around 7:30pm Friday night and had the pleasure of being served by Preston he was very friendly and attentive never let our drinks get empty even though it is not a sit down restaurant, I asked for no cheese on my burger but when it came out it had cheese on it I informed Preston about it and he replied with “ I’m very sorry about that I will get that fixed for you” there was no let me check to see if that was on your check nothing he fixed it without hesitation this was a great experience and I will most definitely be back.
