“Stopped here on our drive from Florida back home to Indiana and it was amazing! The food was made fresh and the staff was so friendly and patient with our crazy kids who couldn’t wait to get out of the car. The food was so yummy and I’m just sad we live 9 hours away and can’t come back.“

“The food is great, but the customer service is terrible. Today, when I went to pick up my online order, I stood at the counter waiting for assistance. The only employee I saw was a young woman sweeping. When I told her I was there to pick up my online order, she responded, “I know that. I’m trying to sweep first.” I found her response rude and unprofessional. Customers should be acknowledged and treated with respect, especially when they are there to pick up an order.

Additionally, customers should be allowed to pick up online orders through the drive-thru. Having to go inside and wait for assistance when a drive-thru is available is inconvenient, especially when the order has already been placed and paid for online. Offering drive-thru pickup would make the process much more convenient for customers.

It’s disappointing because the food is great, but the poor customer service and inconvenient pickup process take away from the overall experience. Good food should come with good customer service.“

“I had the pleasure of being helped by D'asia and Siya. As soon as I pulled up to the drive threw they were very friendly and patient with me because I had to call my son to change his order. When I pulled up to the window both young ladies had smiles on there face which is very nice to see these days. The register when down for a minute and the manager Shelby was quick to jump in to assist fixing it. All 3 were so professional, friendly and such a pleasure. This has been the BEST experience I have had here.“

“Each time I visit this Subway, you can see the attention to wanting to keep the food fresh. There is someone always busy slicing vegetables and preparing. The bread is always fresh along with fresh cookies. The sandwich makers are attentive and always ask what you want.
Dining in is much like any other Subway in the area not very many places to sit down inside.
