“Okay! Let me give you the rundown on Freddy’s… I have been wanting to go for the longest time and never had the chance to just stop in and make it happen, until the other day. I was in the mood for a hood burger and decided to stop in. I love that this location is directly off the main strip which provides for an easy in/out process. Upon walking in, the location is super vibrant and has a classic design aesthetic. The red and white theme adds a ‘diner’ feel to the ambiance, even though it’s super modern. The location was very clean and there was ample seating. Of course I chose a booth. LoL. As I walked up to the menu everything looked amazing. OhEmGeeeeee! I mean picture after picture of burgergoodness and ice cream favorites. I was torn. As I got to the register, the young lady Victoria had to help me make a decision. LoL! She was very nice and really engaging. With her help I decided on the Patty Melt Meal and swapped out the fries for onion rings. After placing my order, I got my cup, headed to get my fountain drink and took a seat to wait for my number to be called. Minutes later my order was up and I was ready to partake! Babeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! When I tell you this food was the BOMB!!!!! I’m talking atomic bomb. I’m talking bomb dot com. I’m talking Kaboom bomb. LoL! But in all seriousness, the food was amazing. The onion rings weren’t overly battered. They were fried to golden perfection. The onion inside was thick and cooked to tender perfection. The crunchiness of the rings were superb and they weren’t too greasy. Whoever made these truly understand the fine crafting of a perfect onion ring. The patty melt (I added bacon) was the show stopper. Perfectly made beef seasoned well. The carmelized onions were done the right way. The level of caramelization was that of a 5-Star restaurant. Wow! The bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese was gooey and melted. Mannnnnnnn, this burger was superb. In fact, so superb I saved half of it for later. When later came, I opened the wrapper up and went back to enjoying Freddy’s Perfectly Crafted Patty Melt. I’ll be back for sure. If you’re in the area and want something Good to eat… stop in and get you some Freddy’s!“

“This place is A+ for food quality and customer service. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a nice hello and a smile. They promptly take my order and repeat the order to ensure it's accurate. It's ALWAYS a short wait and I'm thanked for coming into the restaurant. Most recently, my husband and I came in for the seasonal peach milkshake and it didn't disappoint. The peach milkshake was flavorful and had small chunks of real peaches in it. We also ordered meals. I had the 12 piece nuggets with 2 different sauces. My husband had a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Of course, our food was hot and full of flavor. I would recommend this restaurant.“

“If you want chicken, fish , fries, slaw, fried okra, or Hush Puppies this is hands down BEST place to get my goodness it was great! I will drive from South Carolina just to eat here! You will not be disappointed. Did I mention if you leave hungry from here it's your own fault! Fresh and awesome100/10 rating from me and my family!“

“Steak nuggets are a hit, This is my second time getting some in about five days. They are tasty tender, and the barbecue sauce that goes with them is really good. I believe they have a winner! The service had a little bit of an issue because I think the cashier is multitasking!“

“Made an online order that included Gluten-free bread, the bread was frozen but they were very communicative about the situation and worked with me on options. I don't remember the girls name who helped me out but the allergy order was taken very seriously which is great to see!“

“Captain Discord hasn't changed much over the years. That's fine for the food, I always get the meal experience I'm expecting but the decor hasn't changed in ages so the interiors seem stuck in the past and could use a refresh. For take-out, the decor is a non-issue though.“

“I used to be a General Manager at a Firehouse Subs in Gwinnett so I speak as both a customer and former manager when I say: this store has a great night crew. Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized - exactly what the shop should look and feel like. I am a recent transplant to Fayetteville and will definitely revisit this location again.“

“My order was correct I asked for fresh fries and this was my first time ordering the chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint it was very good I came hungry and left satisfied the young lady at the window did everything i asked and was very very very nice“

“I'm new to this establishment. Seen it for years but never tried it. When this location opened up I decided to give it a try. The food is absolutely delicious. I wonder why I never had this before. But this brand new location is already backsliding. The employees at work front are lazy now. They don't bring the condiments of napkins to the table anymore like they used to. Literally just walked up put my tray down took my number and walked away. I left a review and the manager was very nice and reached out to me. But never reply to me again after that. They offered me a free meal which I probably won't go claim. I don't know we'll see. A place that was refreshing turn into another place with seemingly poor service on its way. I hope they can turn it around. I'll probably give it one more try. Because the food is good.“

“Great flavor, super fast drive-thru, and friendly customer service from the cashier! That honey walnut shrimp is honestly too freaking good, though I do prefer a sweet crab rangoon. Knocked off a star because spending $18 and not even getting a full meal is crazy work with these smaller portions, but overall still a tasty spot.“
