“This place is A+ for food quality and customer service. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a nice hello and a smile. They promptly take my order and repeat the order to ensure it's accurate. It's ALWAYS a short wait and I'm thanked for coming into the restaurant. Most recently, my husband and I came in for the seasonal peach milkshake and it didn't disappoint. The peach milkshake was flavorful and had small chunks of real peaches in it. We also ordered meals. I had the 12 piece nuggets with 2 different sauces. My husband had a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Of course, our food was hot and full of flavor. I would recommend this restaurant.“

“Update: 2 years ago I gave this place a 1 star review. The last 6 months to a year has been night and day improvement. The people are friendlier, the food always tastes fresh, and they apologize if you have to wait while something cooks. I highly recommend this location. Check uberEats for great deals and pick up in store without the fees.

RUDE. I always wonder why there’s no one at this location and Popeyes is wrapped around the building. This is the second time I was met with rudeness when asking to substitute thighs for breasts even though I was willing to pay the extra price. The first time after I told them I don’t understand why you can switch out the pieces I want. The menu just says 8 pieces. I went ahead and paid the $40. For an 8 piece. With 4 breasts, 2 legs, and 2 wings. It tasted fine. It was Sunday and I didn’t want to cook. Today is a week day. There are no cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive-thru. Stacy, the manager is rude. She immediately yelled at me and told me she couldn’t change out the thighs. I told her I was willing to pay extra. This time I had a coupon for $18.99. I told her I was willing to pay extra for the breasts. A man yelled through the speaker we can substitute unless you pay regular price and we add extra for the breasts. Now, Stacy said they couldn’t substitute but the man said they could if I paid the regular price plus extra for breasts. I’m not sure if they’re stealing money from the til. Taking the breasts home or what. They are rude. They don’t care about the business and if I owned this location I would fire everyone and hang banners starting they are under new management. A small town like Fayetteville should not have such poor customer service. Harlan Sanders is turning over in his grave.“

“Super Chix is always a good pick. I've been here before and will be back again for sure. I got the 10-piece chicken nuggets with a large fry, and the food was absolutely great. The restaurant itself has a really cool vibe, and the customer service was top-notch. I love this place! I told my coworkers about it, and now they are hooked too! Highly recommended!“

“Second visit here since Saturday and again, the tea still has a very odd taste, like moldy. I reviewed SATURDAY and said the tea tasted moldy. I will have to find another location to get my tea. Another wasted 3 bucks😫“

“Bottom line up front: This Bojangles in Morrow sets the standard for what every Bojangles should strive to be.

From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The cashier was enthusiastic, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The manager was respectful, professional, and made it clear that customer satisfaction matters.

The food was just as impressive. The biscuits were fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor. The Cajun seasoning was on point, and everything came out hot and tasted like it had just been made.

This location has the complete package—excellent customer service, professionalism, freshness, and quality food. It’s refreshing to see a Bojangles consistently delivering on both the food and the customer experience. Other locations could definitely take notes from this team. I’ll definitely be stopping here again.“

“A wonderful place to eat. A true delight. I eat at this particular Chick Fil A regularly and I can proudly say this one is the most welcoming in town. I stopped by for my usual Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe meal and this time Mackenzie was the cashier. I believe she is the manager, but I'm not entirely sure. She is very professional and friendly. She makes sure the guests are assisted quickly and is always eager to help. I highly recommend this Chick Fil A!“
