“I have never in my life been to a fast food place that were so nice so clean so courteous. So sweet and so respectful and I'm 50. I'll be 51 tomorrow. It was the best experience I have ever in my life had with the young lady that was working the window and I guess she said the other lady was the manager that I talked to or dealt with. They both and everybody else in there were incredibly immaculately perfect!!!!! They all deserve a raise and a paid vacation ???Vegetarian options: They have some awesome sides. The mashed potatoes are too. Just scrumptious. They're wonderful and the biscuits. Oh my goodness!“
“Taking the time to commend Nari on excellent customer service. Fast food now is just average. It is the customer service that makes the experience complete even bearable without complaining. The extra crispy chicken did not have that KFC seasoning taste. Based on Nari treatment of me as a customer gave me the ability to look base that and just relax in the moment. “A restaurant that is famous in America for its chicken sandwich (chicken burger, but in America it's not called a hamburger unless it's sandwiched with beef).The customer service is better than any Japanese hamburger chain. Even though it is in the restaurant industry, it seems to be famous for being a white company, and it is closed on Sundays.Be careful as it gets very crowded after 11 o'clock.We recommend the chicken-fill A Deluxe.Contains tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. The freshly fried chicken goes well with fresh tomatoes and is delicious.Also, what's amazing about Chiki Fillet is that the fries are delicious. Eat the waffle-shaped fries with an original sauce called tiki fillet sauce. By the way, this sauce is sold in small bottles for home use at stores. Supermarkets sell larger quantities.If you come to America, I highly recommend that you try it at least once. It is also cost-effective that you can eat a set for 13 dollars ◎“
“Update: Cubside is no longer fast. There seems to be a push for use of the mobile lane, which to me doesn't hold much advantage over the normal drive through. The customer service is no longer top tier. It seems like they may be losing their way. I've started going to the Taylor Street location. I had a horrible experience at Truett's as far as wait time, but I must admit that management was responsive to my feedback. I'm hoping things even out.Good food. Fast services. This is a very busy location. Curbside is typically faster than drive through. Customer service is usually top-tier.“

“There’s such a large a variety of options! I love that the food is always hot,fresh, and flavorful. The customer service is amazing, you really get that southern comfort feeling. Not to mention the prices are super affordable, and you don’t have to wait an hour for your food like most places. We got catfish nuggets, shrimp, Mac & cheese , grits, fried okra, fried corn on the cob, and a catfish dinner.“
