“This was my first time at this location. I truly enjoyed my visit. Ms. Cassandra is the most hardworking and customer service employee that I've met in a long time. Her presence is commanding and you can tell that the customers (she calls most by their names, real friendly) and her staff respects her. “Having to redo my Early post..after stopping by and witnessing Manger loudly cussing her staff in front of all customers over lemon pepper sauce around 3:45pm 9/23/26 I will no longer be coming here and would not recommend anyone else coming here especially (children) until outward cussing at employees in front of customers is stopped..“

The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!“

“Often people call to complain or write reviews to complain but I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks and appreciation to this location!! We ordered a 12 piece family meal and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The food was hot, the coleslaw was cold the biscuits were fluffy and fresh! The customer service was on point and we as a family wanted to just say thank you!! Everyone is full and happy! No pictures were taken bc we ate it all!! Lol“

“I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. Drive-thru associates (Daniel & a girl that starts with "A") were so pleasant and the food today is the best I have gotten at ANY Zaxby's in a couple years! Do yourself a favor...forget about the past service and give them another chance!“
