“I did DoorDash pick up and my app decided when I was picking my food up was a great time to not work. The employee (didn’t catch her name) was nice and patient with me about the whole thing, and even helped me out to confirm my order.
They’re always super friendly in there, it’s always clean, and the food never tastes overly greasy.“

“I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. Drive-thru associates (Daniel & a girl that starts with "A") were so pleasant and the food today is the best I have gotten at ANY Zaxby's in a couple years! Do yourself a favor...forget about the past service and give them another chance!“

“Taking the time to commend Nari on excellent customer service. Fast food now is just average. It is the customer service that makes the experience complete even bearable without complaining. The extra crispy chicken did not have that KFC seasoning taste. Based on Nari treatment of me as a customer gave me the ability to look base that and just relax in the moment. Nari, you are top-notch. Keep on striving and glowing. Thank you.“

“My only complaint is how dirty the building is becoming, especially since it's fairly new. Especially around the druve thru area, windows, doors, inside as well. Everything needs a deep cleaning. The food is always great and the people are nice, just needs to be cleaned.“

“The girl, giving out food. We watched her give away our 2 chocolate milk shakes. Then when we got to the window and had to sit. They finally asked for our name, I told them, and what it was. The girl inside wanted to know what happened to the ones she just made. We told her what happened. They did remake ours thankfully.“
