“This place was awesome. We walked right in, was seated and immediately served. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't take any pics because we were starving! Every one was nice and there was a nice vibe here.”
“They are the go to spot for wings! I've never tried anything else from there, but they are reasonably priced and friendly staff. They make it easy to call ahead & have food hot & ready when you walk in the door.”

“The environment of this establishment is very welcoming! The employees are very nice and have a great customer service ethic. The food is also amazing and absolutely delicious! If I had one thing to recommend (which is pretty hard since they have many wonderful and tasteful items on their menu) it would be the cheesy bread sticks. Very delicious and tasty, all the way from the soft fluffy dough to the stretchiest best quality mozzarella cheese!”
“We had Reuben with fries and Chop-Steak with baked potato and chili, all were delicious!!! We both commented several times about how good the food was. Service was great too. Ordered ribs to-go and looking forward to having them for dinner!!”
“First time to Margo’s in Griffin with my friends. We all enjoyed the Greek salad with some warm pita bread. The server was super sweet and before we left the owner came out and introduced himself. He told us to come back and he would give us a free appetizer.”
“I've lived in Griffin most of my life and I've never heard of this place until a co-worker suggested going here for lunch. It was good. They had mostly sandwiches, soups and salads. I didn't ask them what kind of soup they had. I got the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It came with a side for about $14. Their fryer was down so they couldn't do fries and they didn't have anymore potato salad so I just got chips. The food was very good. I wish the chicken wasn't quite so finely chopped but it had a pretty good flavor. It also had like 4 or 5 pecans on top of the chicken salad and one whole purple grape in the middle. Kind of odd to me. I guess maybe they do that in case some people don't want grapes or pecans that way they can easily pick them out. The chicken salad croissant was pretty big and they give you a generous scoop of chicken salad. The chips were really good too. The restaurant seems pretty popular because it was packed with people eating inside and getting to-go orders. They also have a display case up front with some desserts in it.”
“They are the go to spot for wings! I've never tried anything else from there, but they are reasonably priced and friendly staff. They make it easy to call ahead & have food hot & ready when you walk in the door.”
“Normally, I’m not a fan of food trucks. No bad experience, I just prefer restaurants. Affordable Gourmet was in my community at a Farmers Market event and I just so happened to be hungry. I thought I’d give them a try. Their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was absolutely delicious! I was shocked at how well seasoned the meat was but what really sold me was the hoagie bun. It was buttery toasted to perfection. The combination of the two was perfect. I highly recommend them.”
“Awesome awesome Chinese food in Griffin! Only Chinese food I’ve ever been where the chicken was LEGIT chunks of chicken. Sauce was great. The lady at the front desk was so nice. Gave my fiancé and myself a free water and even a free extra chicken dish since it was our first time there. Super tasty. This is our new Chinese place in Griffin! Very great experience.”
“Love the sushi and hibachi. Always tastes great with good sized portions. Sapporo on tap. ? . Service can be a little sore sometimes, but they tend to be busy.”
“We were in a hurry and Amber did a great job getting everything out to us in a very timely manner. The food was great, and so many of the staff wished us a good evening as we left that we felt like family.”
“Angelo's catered my grandsons baby shower food and it was amazing!! The guests just raved about the lasagna and salad!! Thank you so much!! We appreciate you!!❤️❤️”
“My favorite salad: Betty's Salad...lettuce, bacon bits, grilled chicken, tomato, onion, green peppers, and cucumbers. Your choice of available dressings. Just delicious all by itself.Parking: This restaurant is part of a 'strip mall' of stores proximate to a super Walmart.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the interior is very roomy...plenty of maneuver space.”
“MooseKnuckle Johnson knows good food and this is hands down 10/10 best chicken wings/boneless wings around. Since discovering this place this past week I’ve ate there 3 times already. The whole family is crazy about them! Support your local businesses get your wings here! Going again this afternoon!”
“There are many free parking spaces here and two handicap parking spaces. The restaurant is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food products sold in this store. The tacos were awesome. I was quite satisfied and happy with my purchase. I was even so impressed that I gave the workers a tip. I don't do that normally, but the employees were so friendly and pleasant that I had no choice but to give a tip. Overall I am going to come back to this restaurant in the near future.”
“The food is okay, every Mexican resturaunt in Georgia drowns their food in queso blanco, having spent the majority of my military service in California, I find this very odd. If you like queso blanco, then you will love Amigo's.”
“There are two handicap parking spaces here and many free parking spaces. The resturant is in good shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful with the food products sold in this restaurant. The hibachi food is cooked in front of you and this resturant is one of the classy resturant in Griffin, GA. Overall, I was happy with my food order at this restaurant.”
“Went for lunch on a Saturday, Food was ok, semi warm. pretty good selection of vegetables, 1st time going so we didn't know what or how to begin and not knowing price, turned out it was all you can eat for $15 each, only made the one plate and we were done. We figured that when finished you leave plates on table, several plates left on other tables, they weren't very busy, nobody ever picked up plates while we were there. Overall not bad, Fried chicken was great”
“Food was excellent and the cook was more of a chef! Our server was on point, friendly and very efficient. I believe her name was Sarah. We had a steak that was so tender and juicy. The fries with all those toppings was Heavenly. Will be back again.”
“My mother in law and I have a standard shopping date on Thursday's to visit this Kroger. It is slightly upscale for Griffin with a large format. The only thing that is missing is clothing. I hit Starbucks before I start my shopping expedition. One for me. One for mom. The produce is always well stocked and well priced. Olive bar. Sushi bar. Salad bar. Deli is amazing. Take a run around the outer edges of this Kroger to get a feel. You will get lots of deals. Be sure to use the app. There are more deals thru there and it helps you stay focused.”
“Rude and unhelpful employees. I know it was busy, the on-site manager at the time was yelling at employees that she needed room to put ready pizzas at, but at the same time had 11 people waiting and no one helping any of us to get the pies that were ready and getting cold.”
“They’ve been around since 1984 making excellent BBQ.The pork, ribs and chicken are always perfect. I judge other places Brunswick stew by Southern Pit’s. It’s the best stew ever hands down. No one else’s stew comes even close. It’s always busy here. They know how to handle crowds. I would not hesitate or be embarrassed to take friends and family there. Some places are not worth the drive. Southern Pit is not one of them. There is plenty of free parking. But they are usually so busy , a short walk may be required.”
